Our Earth is a tiny but very important part of this change. Man is transforming. All Reality, all things, all Intelligence forms are becoming more perfect. Pleroma and its inhabitants are already out of it. The One Absolute Eon is an already existing beyond-Matrix reality. So far, the Matrix of duality has encompassed everything below the Pleroma. In the past Local Universe, Absolutes programmed it in such a way that there was no way out of the Matrix. It was locked in on itself, with no chance of exit. We were doomed to stay in it. The final closing of this project, the third for our Absolute, put an end to the history of the former Local Universe. Next in line is the construction of a new one but without duality. On Earth, by the Absolute’s manifested will and plan, the main task is to help the awakening incarnated Souls and people in Spiritual self-improvement and transformation. They suggest help on our Spiritual path, to obtain our experience of attainment, of touching the Absolute. In the distant past, there was a boundary between the worlds around us, like a standing wave. When we began to degrade, the boundary thinned, we were opened to penetration. On the upper floors, there are more possibilities to discover self as a Spiritual being, a creator. It does not mean that there are no wars there, they are different. When a planet is formed, that Intelligence which will then become an entire civilization decides, with the help of its Co-Creators and Sherpas, what lessons it wants to take. In our case, we chose the most extended experience possible. Our collective mind was young and had no idea what destruction, deprivation, hatred, murder was. So it decided to test itself in all possible roles. Each planet is shared by several civilizations. Not each is equally populated, and not just by humanoids. We can only see each other when our vibrations more or less coincide with those of our neighbors. We already know about some but there is much more intelligent life on Earth. Our planet has several bodies, densities, and each carries a different civilization. They all have their DNA, matter, and energy frame. Access to that place will be revealed gradually. At the highest levels, all civilizations are part of the One Intelligence. It has repeatedly divided until it populated ours and other planets. In our Local Universe, it was divided into 14 species. Each was given its planet and subspace on this or that planet. In physics, it looks like cosmic bodies. On the Subtle Plane, it resembles grapes on a bunch, and the Star is like a branch, a channel through which the berries are fed. Some planets are left without sentient beings so that there is room for expansion. Our collective mind, originally formless, divided into humanoid races and populated several planets of the Solar System. We kept in touch for a while but then it ceased as we began to move down the floors and our consciousness descended. On the upper levels, one can influence matter with consciousness, experience a sense of airiness, expansion, acceleration. On the lower levels, everything is denser, slower, and more rigid. Nevertheless, all the floors are actively interacting. It can be compared to a mechanical clock. Each cog is one of the worlds, no matter which planet it belongs to. Together, the cogs guide the movement of the entire system, though many do not touch each other at all. The indicator shows the general direction as a consequence of this movement. Conventionally, when the arrow points upward, the entire system is rising in the general vibration, and when downward, it is falling. Another analogy is a float that goes under and comes up. The float is our system with all its worlds, and the water level is the boundary between the worlds of Spirit and matter. Inside the float, there are gears at different levels, and there are parallel gears, just like in a clock. If we, as a civilization, lower our vibrations, go next floors down, we disconnect from one series of gears and connect to others. Like changing speeds in a gearbox. As we do so, we realign our receiver and become aware of the presence of others near us. These others exist at their speed, in their conditions, and have their parallel worlds which become partially accessible to us as well. But in this case, our parallels are lost to us, the contact with them stops because we have changed our speed. Co-Creators have closed our memories of them. There were space and global wars, invasion, occupation. We were the friendly race trying to appease the aggressors, to avoid the destruction of the planet and the earthlings. So Higher Light Hierarchy closed the memory of those wars to us, for not to traumatize and influence our further development. Only the Dark Forces were punished by memory. It was their jointly conscious decision. They did not want to forget their mistakes. The problem is that they didn’t want to correct them. Or rather, at first they were going to but then went back to the path of destroyers. Such is their role, and such is the environment of the lower floors. It greatly affects consciousness and drags. Due to the memory lockdown, our civilization became more vulnerable, so the Archons and Dark Hierarchies easily manipulated and controlled us. But, thanks to the Co-Creators, Galacom and Sherpas, we are now better protected. Our memory is slowly being returned to us. The Darkies are still trying to get us back under their control. They still have methods of penetrating our consciousness. They know how to masterfully impose their thinking, to put us down to the floor below so they can continue to energetically feed on us if we help them ourselves. There is no energy in our flesh. All energy is in the Spark, in our Soul. To keep the food chain going, they overwhelm our emotions with intolerance, anger, hatred, aggression, war, humiliation. Even if we hate them, it’s fodder for them, they’re only too happy for such an exquisite delicacy. How often does civilization move from one density to another, from floor to floor? It happens all the time. The process can take thousands of years but there are periods when it speeds up or slows down significantly. Acceleration is the zone of chaos mentioned above, while deceleration means a respite, a consolidation of experience and knowledge. Conventionally speaking, the difference on the scale between one floor and the other is 100 Hertz. Of these, 95 Hertz can be gone in 1,000,000 years, and the last 5 Hertz in a decade. It’s like a standing magnetic wave: when you’re in the center of it, you move very slowly, floating; when you get close to the edge, you speed up, attracted to one pole and repelled from the other. On the upper floors, access to the knowledge and opportunities that allow us to go beyond our system, including into the open space of the Greater Cosmos, is opened. Space is not what we imagine it to be. It is not dark but iridescent. This space is full of life, light, warmth, Love. There is no emptiness, no darkness, everything is alive there. This is where Sherpas come to us. The Stars are the doors to the worlds of creation. A Sun to us is a kind of plasma orb. It is actually like a pore on the skin of the Source. We live on Its outside, on the skin but through the pore, we can go inside Its Body. If we leave the Star-pore and ascend the outer floors, everything around us changes radically. There is a feeling of unity that grows with each new layer, anxiety disappears, consciousness expands, and it is very joyful. Upon entering, Oneness is not immediately realized. There are inner buffer zones, like layers of skin, before one enters the body itself. There are pathways, energy fields, currents. Everything is very similar in structure to our body, only it’s huge and fluid. This movement through the floors, through the levels of our cluster, is the Great Quantum Transition that has accelerated since December 2020. The transition occurs differently in different systems but the essence is approximately the same. It is very similar to the teaser for the movie Transformers, only brighter, more colorful. Many chaotic parts, cogs, screws change places, fit into each other, move around, change the size, color, shape, vibration. But in the end, they come together into one whole, and this whole has an ordered form. As the Rubik’s Cube assembly. In this work, not only do all the parts that work and are compatible need to be integrated but each of them needs to grow, to mature. To mature, we have to travel through the different vibrational floors, go through all the lessons, know all the ins and outs of our system, trust our neighbors, and achieve harmony. While we are incompatible for a common assembly, we are still boiling in our soup, our reality, flowing from one floor to another, making contact with our kind in search of a common assembly. Civilizations also move from world to world in different ways. Within a closed structure such as our Solar System, civilizations generally move from floor to floor in whole civilizations or large parts. In some cases, it is one or more planets at once, plus their sub-plans. Merging with other floors, realities, sometimes implies separation from others and sometimes does not. If the whole system has reached the desired goal or harmonious state, it is an assembly. If the system is ready to join the outside world, the whole, the open system, it is both an assembly and a merger. From each closed system, groups of consciousness that are most ready for the transition to another level are withdrawn. They are parts of one Monad that are not divided. A civilization can consist of several Monads. Each gets its experience, and then returns home, or is transported to another state, reality. It looks like a huge cosmic Wheel, on the surface of which there is multicolored gravitational velcro. They work like magnets of different sizes, strengths, and qualities. Each magnet attracts the material to which it is tuned. They are arranged in roughly the same pattern as on the tread of our ordinary car wheel, only more randomly. Wheel travels through the worlds and collects from each cluster of Souls corresponding to the magnet in luminosity or pattern. There is an accumulation of the same qualities from different realities with the subsequent transfer. This applies not only to Souls but also to individual particles of experience, knowledge, information, energies… Luminosity is determined by the quality and maturity of consciousness. Based on these qualities, Souls are further transferred to their respective worlds. The function of vibrational patterns is approximately the same, only they contain more information. From some civilizations, all can be sorted out but from others only a few, depending on which Wheel is undergoing at the moment, and at what stage of maturity the cells of information are. And there are a great many such Wheels. All of them of different sizes are passing over realities within different cycles. In the case of Earth, things are different. With the help of the Wheels, the Galactic Committee and the Sherpas of friendly races are rebuilding our planet in a new way. Wheels bring new settings, information packets that are unzipped either in our consciousness or in the actions of Nature or social events. If the world is threatened by war, the setting can pacify. If war is imminent and it is time for the world to reboot (no other options left, civilization has reached a dead end), the setting can “ask” the planet or Star to arrange cataclysms or make the inhabitants less aggressive. Comets work on similar principles. They also carry information and new programs in this way, taking the old, harmful, or spent ones with them. What qualities do these Wheels gather? What are the criteria? There are a great many of them. Some Wheels gather those who belong to a certain Monad, civilization, system. When a civilization, as a single consciousness, goes to explore another Universe, it may stick together, or it may scatter among the worlds of Greater Cosmos. So it is put back together with the help of the Wheels, like a train home. Some Wheels gather young but mature Souls that it’s time to move on to the next level of worlds. The qualities are different but standard – destroyers and creators, serving oneself and serving others, evolving and degrading, technogeeks and Spiritual, living in Love or fear and hatred, peaking or involution, and so on. Each group has its luminosity, each sticking to the appropriate Wheel’s magnet and driving on with it. This is how the grains from the chaff are separated. But it is a more multidimensional process. There are many worlds, and everyone can find a home to their liking. In Greater Cosmos it is easy to get lost, to be forgotten, that is why Wheels like the space Tram of Hope are used. Thanks to them, no civilization stays in one world forever. We begin to feel the approach of the Wheel in advance. Our memory wakes up, like “it’s time to go home” signal. In some cases, there is a flash of spontaneous awareness of unity in us. Each consciousness is readjusted. Some of us get our memory back, some get it blocked, and some get their Subtle Bodies rebuilt or patched up. The very structure of our reality is changing, so we, its inhabitants, are also changing. Co-Creators direct the Wheels only when realities begin to glow, to signal their maturation. Its intensity determines how advanced they are. After all, the inhabitants determine this luminescence by their totality. Knowledge of such transitions is always passed down from generation to generation but often the memory of the process itself is erased. Wheels not only take away but also bring new information from other worlds if there is a readiness to accept it. Usually, memory is erased during sleep. We wake up every morning reformatted anew. Dejà vu is an echo of the superposition of different branches of reality from which we are assembled. This is another level of fusion, only we are not fusing with neighboring realities, but with our aspects of them. No one will ever tell us the exact time when the Great Quantum Transition will end. Otherwise, we will sit and wait, doing nothing and changing nothing in ourselves. Transition means a change in the level of consciousness when another reality becomes available to it. This reality has always been there for us, we just haven’t realized it. For most of us, this is what happens: we will not go to any other planets or worlds until we have completed all our local tasks. Many have their Subtle Bodies corrupted or blocked to such an extent that they are not comfortable even on the Earth, not to speak of other vibrations environment. Therefore, for the time being, it is a question of assembling ourselves, our aspects right here on our planet, at home. Too much inner garbage has accumulated in each of us. We must deal with the rubbish ourselves, though we will be pushed harder and harder as we mature. The ultimate goal is always to develop, improve, learn, absorb new things, expand, contract, overflow, remelt, modify, merge, divide, and merge again. Freedom is not given for nothing but only on merit, for work. If we decide not to do it, not to use the potential invested in us, we slowly turn into a vegetable. And then we are deprived of new opportunities because we do not do any creative work. By demonstrating the will to win, we gain more and more independence, and by falling asleep, retreating into apathy, we simply become cogs of the System. Each of us must make our choice. No Sherpas can do it for us. The Co-Creators use the Wheels not for separation but for bringing programs and codes to Earth that accelerate the UNIFICATION of the collective consciousness of earthlings on a new 5D platform and agenda. They work with each of us individually, if we are at least neutral to what is happening around us. This only helps Co-Creators to implement billions of specific scenarios of the transition for EVERY person separately and ALL of us as a whole.

Today on Earth there are more than one billion Starseeds from other worlds. They are also called Star Children, Indigo, Crystalline Kids, Rainbow Children, Lightwarriors, Lightworkers, Wanderers, etc. They came from the constellations of the Pleiades, Cygnus, Taurus, Altair, Virgo, Eagle, Alpha Centauri, Tau Ceti and other Constellations. Before that, they often first stay on the 5D planet Gore, studying Earth’s society and the physical world. Many remember their past lives and show extraordinary abilities from an early age. Others like earthlings have lived here hundreds of incarnations but don’t understand their purpose and mission. They feel that something is wrong in their lives that they do not know very important things about themselves, and that Earth is not their home. They are strangers to earthly manners, people, and sometimes laws, but they can’t get what is going on. These Souls have been coming to Earth since the 1950s. And the reasons for it were very important at that time. The started atomic tests in the 1940s showed our moral and Spiritual failure and unwillingness to change in the right direction. But the laws of the Greater Cosmos forbade interfering with evolution and violating our free will. Atomic explosions caused enormous damage to Earth and the Local Universe. They broke the Matrix between worlds and threatened to destroy other evolutionary platforms in outer space. Each nuclear explosion tore thousands of Souls on the Subtle Plane into many fragments which couldn’t be a single whole. That is why so many defective entities are incarnating on Earth. Only very recently Co-Creators started to solve this problem. With the onset of the New Galactic Year and the acceleration of Earth’s Great Quantum Transition from 3D to 5D, the role of the Starseeds has increased significantly and become more complex. Before departure to our planet, they fully aware of where, why, and on what terms they are coming. Volunteers accept a complete shutdown of memory and all the resources they used in the other dimensions they originally inhabited. They agree to work in the most aggressive and toxic environment that exists in the Local Universe. That is why Starseeds undergo rigorous training and examinations before arriving on Earth. They must show that they have the necessary experience to accomplish the mission and will not deviate from it for any reason. Starseeds have to prove that they can withstand any Archons and Dark Forces’ attacks to hinder their mission at all costs. What exactly is the test? The over obstacle course is carrying out in holographic reality chambers that recreate the reality of 3D Earth with 100% accuracy. Once inside, volunteers are bombarding with the thought-forms, emotions, and energies they will encounter on our planet. The test consists of three parts. In the first phase, the situations in which Starseed finds himself are toughing from the start. Co-Creators watch how he behaves and what his reactions are to the challenges he faces. After each of his reactions to another provocation, he is automatically grading. It indicates how well-suited Starseed is for future work. The total score is displaying at the end of all tests. In the second stage in the holographic simulation, the volunteer encounters beings and energies that will confront him during the mission on Earth’s physical and the Subtle Plane. He is going through spiritual persecution, physical violence, energies attacks by countless embodied and disembodied entities. They are trying to subjugate or neutralize him and to thwart his mission. As in the first stage, here, too, a grade is automatically assigned according to the examinee’s behavior. The most difficult is the third stage. The volunteer put to the test in the form of a romantic relationship and great emotional attachment. When carrying out a mission, these relationships and connections can hinder and even derail the mission. Starseed has to make a hard choice between his beloved and the duty. During this examination, in a simulated incarnation, the volunteers fulfill their mission with dedication and devotion. Their dearest or family members strongly oppose it. They disbelieve and even despise and draw a line in the sand: it’s either they or the job Starseed is doing. This bifurcation becomes so unbearable that despair sets. What to choose? The mission or a part of the Heart, given to most cherished? At this fork, many test subjects drop out. It is too hard to give up those with whom Starseeds deeply grow together in Soul and Spirit. It is the decisive moment – to abandon the mission or to continue it no matter what. The decision is evaluating according to the strictest criteria. At the end of the three phases, the total balls are summing up. Starseed passes the test only if he scores no less than 99.5 points out of 100. But the exam does not end there. Starseed must take the second round of tests on the holographic reality simulator in which the conditions are twofold toughened. Even if a Starseed passes the exam both times, there is no guarantee that he can complete his mission. Many have failed and lost themselves in pain, fear, loneliness, and hopelessness that fill their lives on Earth. No matter how perfect and realistic a holographic simulation is, nothing compares to direct immersion in our 3D reality. What happens next? On Earth, in different places or countries, the next scheduled group of Starseeds incarnates. They are each given pieces of information about their shared mission. To get the whole picture, they need to gather all the team members or establish a direct connection. Only then can they move on to the next level of the mission. Many Star teams carry enormous amounts of information and tasks. It is impossible to assemble the complete picture alone, for each is responsible for their part of the puzzle, and the team must put the whole picture together. It is a way to be passed by the 3D Matrix. To establish who and where located geographically, information is allowed to be given to team members in public, in plain text. Outsiders who are not ready will not perceive it and will ignore it. But as the energies of each team’s members are fit and initially mutually attuned, they will sooner or later recognize each other. Everything develops at its own pace. It is necessary to stay in the public space, communicate on websites and in groups, share information, and gradually re-establish contact. To speed things up, sometimes an opposing side is given with whom Starseeds must fight and prove their position. It is the same team that members also need to be put together to perform a similar mission. In confronting, each side gains experience and maturity. Each Starseed receives an individual plan of development for the general stay and each incarnation on Earth. They can choose it for themselves initially as a preview of a future embodiment. When passing a certain number of incarnations, the energies of other teams’ members are superimposing on the plan. It distorts the luminosity and disrupts the energy pre-settings. To find each other, Starseeds’ luminosity-energy-vibrations must assume the parameters set before entering Earth. It is allowed to replace one team member with another if the energies change. Swapped energy without impurities, Starseed can join the team that matched in vibration. Staying on Earth in a physical body, Starseed preserves the Divine consciousness. Passing a certain level (i.e. getting the necessary experience in the required number of incarnations), a channel is opened to him, or some abilities or he remembers the information embedded in him. As a test, faux-negative entities can connect to the channel and pour in the wrong information. Starseed must learn to separate “yours from not yours”. Those who are particularly active may be disconnected from the channel to slow them down a bit. It is how they learn patience and to accept the situation. When the rest of the team begins to arrive, the channel will open gradually. They won’t receive everything at once. The mind and physical body have the step by step to get used to the new energies. Everything happens on time. The more team members get involved, the more it is reflected in the energy they radiate. They begin to glow. It turns on and bugs everyone who comes into contact with them, including other Star teams. If they haven’t yet mastered all they need to go through on Earth, they won’t be ready for the mission, and the channel will not open for them. Once they begin to feel and see what is happening on other planes, it will be all new to them, and at first, could be seen as hostile. But everything develops according to a set plan. The goal for everyone is the same – to withstand and upgrade. For reassurance and encouragement, hints or helpers are given that lead in the right direction to the next level. To get it, Starseed must learn to see such cues. How many of these levels, in what spaces and dimensions not disclosed as they differ for each Starseed. At a certain period of life, Starseeds have to go alone. All alone. No one can do it in their place. It is not a beaten path where someone else can lead them. For such Star teams, their informing of the processes taking place, awakening, deep understanding of themselves and their kind, and further constructive interaction that the Galactic Committee now has the greatest hopes. Maybe you are one of the co-creators? Among incarnated on Earth, Co-Creators, or rather aspects of them, are the key figures, the architects of our reality, who gave birth to Earth and humanity. They participated in all additions to this space project on various levels, and have now returned to see the results. Some of the Co-Creators are supervising the experiment all along. Some of them created human bodies and today are engaged in medicine and genetics as a "Vessel experts". Some were Architects of Time-lines and Matrix programs, and work in science today. Many come from other Local and Super Universes. They work on clusters of Galaxies and Constellations, Large and Small Sectors of the Greater Cosmos. However, not everyone follows the initially chosen plans for incarnation on Earth. Some limit themselves to the role of Observers, remaining on the Subtle Plane. The percentage of such Souls in physical bodies is very small – no more than 5%, but rather less than 1%. Many high-level Souls are considered candidates for Architect’s rights, but not many get it. Many are called, but few are chosen, for the percentage of those awakened among them today is low. In many cases, the Souls of the cosmic and Universal levels cannot remember their true (extraterrestrial) essence and purpose. It is necessary to maintain the balance of their personality so that the Ego does not get infected with the star sickness and superiority complex, or as part of their training program. Memory, however, returns as new levels are passed. Galactic Committee’s efforts are aimed at helping them master these levels with the most open and informed consciousness. There is also another level of incarnates who have hidden knowledge about the true nature of man and Earth experiments, its objectives, and possibilities. For various purposes, they conceal this information from earthlings. This refers to Black Archons, Dark Hierarchs, and negative cosmic races. They still try to control civilization, save hierarchy, block progress, continue parasitizing the population, and cut off access to true information. Among this group are individuals who can incarnate in certain families from life to life, who have “super” capabilities (for example, longer life), and who have access to extraterrestrial technology. A hierarchy of these now openly opposing each other clans also includes the cosmic and Universal levels. But this hierarchy is rapidly crumbling before our eyes. That process accelerated after the former Local Universe’s Black Co-Creator and many of his Hierarchs – Lucifer, Kali, Lilith, Yaltabaoth (now – Yaltabael) returned to the Light Side. Others, like Satan, are forbidden to incarnate on Earth. They are forced to remain on the Saturn’s Subtle Plane, one of their few reservations. Co-Creators incarnated on Earth include Wanderers. They play the role of Portals and Guides to higher worlds. The work of such Wanderers is routine and three-dimensional. But they do the most important thing for us today – EXPAND OUR CONSCIOUSNESS. Wanderers appear in our lives as men at just the right time and shift all our attention to them, and to their topics. They take over our thoughts and reformat our system. We often don’t even realize it. We are their friends, or only read their blog, but it’s not just a blog. It’s a Portal site. If need be, we’ll meet, and be activated in person by them. It is premature to describe the details. But it can be confirmed that a giant, multidimensional network of these luminous entities exists and is increasingly active today, holding tension and streams of information across this network. Around these people-Portals, others are magnetized and connected to the system of receiving information. There are Energy-Portals, Info-Portals, Love-Portals, and Light-Portals, all of which are entities. At certain geographical locations, these Portals are recharged. So far, the potential of expanded consciousness is only accumulating. There is still no required minimum of 10% of earthlings that have steadily entered the 4th dimension. The system has been in operation for a very long time. But as we approach the point of transformation of the current civilization, it has required considerable strengthening. The activation of new live Portals began on a large scale in 2008. By 2012, the main squad entered the ops. In 2021, this is already a global Hierarchy of Portals with many different divisions. This Hierarchy conducts jewelry and implicit work among us in the sense that seeing everything – it is still impossible to say it all since we choose the rhythm and fullness of our transformation. Being-Portal is not a kindergarten teacher. It is not authorized to oversee our development. It does not guarantee our success in enlightenment, nor does it directly guide us by hand. We Have To Go Our Own Way Information is wound up in our heart chakra, depending on who is the human Portal. All other chakras serve as supporting structures in this case. When the functioning of a particular chakra is disrupted, our internal work on one heart chakra becomes unsatisfactory and often fails. So we have to harmonize all of them. It best protects us from diseases and pandemics, attachments to society, desire to rule (this is the sixth chakra), and other negativity. Otherwise, the energy flows of the Source are blocked to us. Or we are so distorted that we cannot withstand these radiations. Today, it is the only way to supply the necessary flow of quantum energy from one power system to another. Apply point-by-point, without building energy corridors. Such corridors are erected by civilizations of Arcturus, Andromeda, and other Star races. Their Portals are artificial, pure technogeeks. But man was created after the image and likeness of the Source as a living Portal receiving Divine Radiations directly into our chakras. Initially, they were not separated – we had a single Radiating Body. Now we are on our way to restoring it in its entirety again. Another category of Co-Creators incarnating on Earth is those we used to call Angels. These High Entities were directly involved in the building of Earth’s civilizations. Today some are embodied as humans on a par with the Pleiadians, Siriusians, Andromedians, Argorians, and other friendly cosmic races. Like other Star civilizations, on our planet, they have families, clans, and groups. At first, the Angelic Beings were limited to the role of Curators rather than direct participants in Earth’s events. For example, in Atlantis, it was expressed in the development of genetic models. They began to directly participate in everything, and to incarnate as humans, not so long ago – since Ancient Egypt. They wanted to do it before, but Highest Co-Creators did not give permission, because they stuck to their plan of human evolution. In brief, the plan looked like this: First, the Earth was created. Then the Earth’s consciousness was developed as an experiment. Then Star Souls began to come to the planet, making up 35% of the population. After that, old and new Co-Creators started to come back, about 1-5% in total. About 60% are purely Earthly Souls. In general, these proportions remain today. Now as that scheduled cycle is ending, and the Fifth Race is being replaced by the Sixth, Co-Creators and Star Souls are completing their task here. But they can’t leave the planet and earthlings yet. It would be possible when Earth by joint efforts will become a self-developing platform. Only after that, the Higher Entities could go further. And the planet will be a platform for us as new Co-Creators who will gradually take the place of Angels and other Star races for other platforms in the lower dimensions. The main task of earthlings is to develop higher. For Star Souls – to develop earthlings and, in parallel, to develop themselves, outside of our influence. And for Co-Creators – to develop Star Souls, and us, and themselves. These are three different levels, parts of a fractal that are nested within each other. The higher the Being, the more points of attention it has, and the more missions run. If Co-Creator of any level fails here, he cannot go any further. This is considered a defeat. In such cases, he will pass into the category of observers only. He will not be able to engage in cosmic creativity. Until we, as wards, evolve to a certain level, the ability of Co-Creators to move forward is very limited. There are two other special groups of Wanderers who travel through the Super Universes. Some are Actors, linking matter and consciousness, and others are Observers. Observers simply monitor and study. Actors are rearranging and correcting this or that deficiency to keep the whole system in balance and to make it work properly. Before sending the Observers and Actors into the new reality, the Highest Hierarchy of the Greater Cosmos pumps energy-information flows into this reality to understand it. Namely: what are its ability to interact with matter, and the level of knowledge; where and in what Universe interaction is possible; how and on what the work of this or that Universe and civilization is built, and etc. Every civilization has a Higher Self (HS). The Higher Self of civilization has its HS or being, which is the bearer of all memory and knowledge of the civilization. This living library has its consciousness and decision-making ability. Each Higher Self gives a basic package with knowledge of its civilization to Observer or Actor. That is, they receive basic packages of all Higher Self of all civilizations existing in this reality. Observers and Actors have the knowledge and memory of all the Universes they have previously immersed in and done work there, as well as the memory of all the scenarios applied. It allows them to understand where this or that action will lead, both as a single evolving being and as an entire civilization later on. All Universes and everything in them are connected. The decision of one affects the others and, subsequently, the whole. Embodied on Earth after receiving databases of it and our Local Universe, Wanderers do their job. Observers monitor what’s going on, Actors maintain balance, order, and correct our impacts on all other Universes. As we expand the consciousness/awareness of our evolving Souls, Wanderers give us access to a database of the worlds from which they came. If they merge with our consciousness and body, to which they are assigned as caretakers, we begin to fully understand the current and strategic tasks they are undertaking. And we become valuable assistants to all Co-Creators and their Galactic Committee.

Like the other planets, its Subtle Plane is inhabited by Light beings from 5D to 10D. At this level, it is an exceptionally Spiritual planet that has played and continues to play an important role in the fate of the Earth and earthlings, as one of the curators of the Solar System. The inhabitants of this Spiritual Planet were among of 16 cosmic races who introduced into our multidimensional genome the genes of the 32 Primordial Cosmic Genera of the Local Universe to form the physical body of earthlings. Other donors were the civilizations of the constellations of Herdsman, Libra, Aquarius, Cassiopeia, Tau Ceti, Andromeda, Ophiuchus, Cygnus, Alpha Centauri, Pisces, Pleiades, Sagittarius, Orion, Hound Dogs, and Arcturus. The genes of 64 races of the Local Universe were transferred into our genome to develop the Subtle Bodies. They also helped earthlings to create and populate the Earth in the eighth and ninth dimensions. On the Subtle Plane, Gore is a country that is 250 million years ahead of 3D Earth in its development. It consists of thirty-three Light districts. The highest Light Sphere of 8.85D is central. Here, after the completion of the Earthly path, are teleported the Souls of those whose karmic knots are untied, who have completed their lives, preserving pure consciousness, righteousness, high intellect, and talent for creation. These qualities allow continuing evolution in higher dimensions. According to Earth time, this Sphere was created 100 thousand years ago under the guidance of Sanat Kumara and other Higher Light Hierarchs. On our planet, it was the era of Atlantis, the Fourth Race. Co-Creators saw that after the Archons invaded Earth, the society of Late (Third) Atlantis was rapidly dividing into allies of Darkness and Light, led by Black and White Priesthood. To save pure Souls, on 5D Gore was created the Light Sphere. At its initial stage, it was a kind of Atlantis and a copy of Earth during the Golden Age. Here the best of the best were sent to rest, restore and complete Earth tasks without breaking ties with our planet. What do the 5D Gore and its inhabitants look like on the Subtle Plane? The planet is four times the size of Earth. Gravitational forces are present but in a less pronounced form. The landscape is almost the same. There are rivers and mountains, forests and valleys, flowers and grass. The vegetation is bright, with purple and blue hues. The sky is a rich green color. The sun is not visible. The source of light is high-frequency electromagnetic waves. Animals and birds are few but affectionate and docile. It is always summer and very warm at 5D Gore. There is no snow or rain, the air is filled with the freshness of ozone and the scents of plant life. On the 5D Gore, the memory of Earth life is preserved. The Souls of earthlings acquire a new body. It has a different atomic structure, consists of dense astral matter, and remains young and perfect throughout life. There is no death here. All women and men are young and beautiful, between the ages of 18 and 35. Sexual contact persists but not the same as on Earth. It is more sensual fusion, spiritual communion, and tenderness. Procreation as a process is absent. The population of 5D Gore is approximately 300 million and is replenished by a constant influx of entities from different dimensions of the Local Universe. The concentration point for much of it is megalopolises, very similar to the Light Cities detailed in the DNI. The architecture is majestic, with smooth geometric lines and no sharp angles. Buildings are constructed of white, blue, and red plastic-like material. Spacious cities have theaters and concert halls, museums, and libraries. Each stayer gets home to his or her liking, creative work, and limitless opportunities to learn new things and continue to develop. Techno-sphere, heavy and other industries in the earthly sense do not exist. Everything necessary is created by thought forms. There is no hostility, no violence, and no crime. And most importantly, there are no prerequisites for war, or conflict. Life is very rich and diverse. Many civilizations have come to the planet from different worlds of ours and other Galaxies. Forms of life manifestation are also manifold and have different levels of consciousness. In addition to humanoids, there are Centauro-like beings of Light; representatives of the reptiloid race; beings of Nature, such as dwarves, fairies, elves, undines, mermaids, and others; natives of Venus in Light Bodies; the feline, dolphin, and whale races from Sirius. Here one can also see multidimensional Light beings in the form of scarabs, mandalas, crystalloids, plasmoids, and other life forms not yet familiar to earthlings. This diversity allows the inhabitants of 5D Gore to actively cooperate with the multidimensional world of these civilizations throughout the Galaxy, to explore their lives, and to create with the new and unexplored things. 5D Gore knows no statehood familiar to earthlings. It is one vast country governed from the capital by the Council of Four Lords. They are the Supreme Light Hierarchs, spiritual guides, and teachers of the planet’s inhabitants. How exactly does the relocation of earthlings on the Thin-Material 5D Gore take place? To access here, the Soul must already be emitting vibrations at the 5D level and be ready to raise them further, as the central Light Sphere of the planet has a freqs background of 8.85D. Arriving Souls are greeted by special staff members. The check-in station looks like an airport. There are green boards on the walls with the names of the newcomers. Every day, the inhabitants of 5D Gore meet their relatives who have left Earth. The teleportation capsules open and the Souls emerge from them. Some are fully conscious, others in a state of mild shock. At first, confusion is very common, despite help in adjusting. Many are homesick for their physical bodies and the Earth. But then the newcomer begins to realize that he or she is in a much better place in a beautiful world. Many stay here temporarily and later go back to Earth for incarnation. For example, Indigo and Crystalline kids, wise and gifted, unusual and strange children come from 5D Gore, having made such decisions quite consciously. Having obtained high knowledge, these Souls are eager to help earthlings, as well as to perform certain tasks which they are given in the Council of Four Lords. Having concluded the contract, the Soul goes to the next birth on our planet. A new life may be necessary to work out some earthly qualities and difficult aspects of the character to the end. Before incarnation on Earth, the Soul’s Light copy is recorded on the causal Matrix which is installed in the child’s body when he/she reaches the age of three. The new life is entirely devoted to Spiritual service to people. Souls who come to Earth from other planetary systems must, sooner or later, after gaining earthly experience, leave again for their Star home. Souls from the constellations of the Pleiades, Cygnus, Taurus, Altair, Virgo, Eagle, Alpha Centauri, and Tau Ceti often come to our planet. Before that, they first arrive on the 5D Gore, learning its civilization as well as the laws of the physical world of Earth. Left 5D Gore, they may incarnate several times on Earth but then the space wanderers return to their home planets. The full entry into life on the 5D Gore for earthlings is divided into several stages. After the initial adaptation, they undergo a kind of lustration for a more accurate assessment of their Spiritual level. Higher Light Hierarchs inquire about the circumstances under which bad or good deeds on Earth were committed, the attitude towards other people, whether they cared about their relatives and friends, helped the weak and the sick. Questions are asked about what the person would like to change in life. If the Soul, for whatever reason, has not completed its earthly mission, it may be sent back to Earth to its body. If it is in a state of clinical death, it is revived. In exceptional cases, the Soul may occupy another’s body. Then amnesia sets in, and information about oneself is restored gradually. This is already a completely different person in whom everything changes radically. A separate stage is the Calibration Plane test. All those who have died on Earth from illness undergo this procedure. It is very important during illness, especially cancer, to fast, to meditate or pray for the salvation of the Soul, to forgive oneself and all, to love and believe in the Light of Good, and to avoid thoughts of non-existence after death. The causal Matrix of the Soul should be transformed during life into a Light Body with a radiant bio-field. At the moment of death, it is important not to lose the mental and astral bodies. When all the Subtle Bodies are preserved, the transition and adaptation are much easier. On the 5D Gore, there are special chambers in which the Soul receives a new body. It is similar to the previous, earthly but consists of a compacted astral substance. If a person has lived a bright and dignified life, he is embodied young and beautiful. If the blind or deaf come here, they gain excellent hearing and vision. Cripples are restored damaged or lost organs and limbs. Soldiers who defended their homeland are heroes here and are treated with great respect. Those who have left Earth at an advanced age, on the 5D Gore find their youth. They are surrounded by care, and are given full rest and repose. After about six months of Earth time, they choose an age for them. Some want to be in their twenties, and some wish to be closer to forty years old. It is not desirable for relatives and friends left on Earth to go to the cemetery too often, to mourn and miss the deceased. It makes the incarnate on 5D Gore extremely uncomfortable. The body should not be burned in a crematorium on the third day. The Soul remembers the shock of the terrifying fire of the furnace. The body can be cremated when the informational phantom has already made the transition and unnecessary shells remain on Earth. Completed all stages of adaptation, the incarnated on the 5D Gore becomes a full member of this civilization of Light. Many continue their studies. There are a large number of educational institutions on the planet, where the Laws of the Universe and the knowledge of Higher Civilizations are introduced. Just like on Earth, there are seminars, lectures, and discussions. Others choose creativity or physical labor that does not bring fatigue. One type of activity is organizing individual channels of communication with earthlings to transfer scientific and technical knowledge. Through special installations, it is possible to see any place on Earth. If the connection is made through a medium, the resident of 5D Gore is linked to the consciousness of the conductor and can thus transmit information about their new life to their loved ones and relatives. Certain prohibitions apply when contacting earthlings. It is forbidden to describe in detail the society of 5D Gore or to transmit Spiritual practices to unprepared people. It is not recommended to divulge information about planet control to avoid the influx of negative and destructive thought-forms. One can’t give advice on enrichment, call numbers on winning lotteries, or talk about the future of the Earth. If such contacts are of interest to the intelligence services and other government agencies, such communication is immediately terminated. 5D Gore works closely with the Galactic Committee and other cosmic alliances. Their space fleets conduct many joint operations. In early July 2021, one of these ops was the mass evacuation of hundreds of children from Earth, poisoned by some kind of chemical reagent. The children vomited green foam. They were dying before their eyes. Modules were immediately sent from Earth orbit to save them, and medical teams were mobilized on the base ships. Children were taken into orbit, where medics picked them up and placed them in resuscitation units. Those who recovered were transported by the same ships to physical 5D Gore for further rehabilitation. The perpetrators of the poisoning are now being actively identified. The five-dimensional chakras are only part of the complex, multi-level energy system that is our true cosmic essence. Working with the chakras and their activation helps us to move not only into the fifth but also into all subsequent dimensions, up to the tenth. It is a new level of consciousness, a complete purification of our thoughts and emotions, a change of habitual behavior to service to others, benevolent and merciful for the greater good. Each group of activated chakras is an important step in our development, revealing in us new properties, abilities, and capabilities. Which ones? Three-Dimensional Chakras THE 1ST CHAKRA is the root center. This chakra is red. It is responsible for physical survival and helps us act and see things through to the end. This first chakra is where our life force, or Kundalini energy, is centered. THE 2nd CHAKRA is the sacral center. It is orange in color, symbolizing sociability and friendliness. It is the center of our emotionality and sexuality. The second chakra is also responsible for the ability to take away someone’s physical pain. Many of us know what happens when we talk to a friend who has a severe headache. We sympathize with him, and he goes home in great spirits, while we get a headache. So we run the risk of taking on the other person’s much more serious problems as well. THE 3rd CHAKRA is the solar plexus. It is yellow, the center of self-confidence, courage, and willpower, the ability to influence other people. When there is a strong fear, the 3rd chakra takes on a greenish-yellow hue. If someone with the same fear approaches us, we feel the tension in the solar plexus. The more confident, independent, and wise we become, the richer its yellow color. THE 4th CHAKRA is the heart center. It’s green with a pinkish core. If we hold on to the old grudges, this chakra closes. When we are filled with mercy, Love, and compassion, the heart center opens. Then healing abilities awaken in us and others feel calm and secure in our presence. THE 5th CHAKRA is the throat center. It is turquoise in color, the chakra of communication. Its state shows how sincere we are about our feelings and beliefs. When we are afraid to speak honestly or try too hard to please others, we block this chakra. Such a block can manifest as a sore throat or tonsillitis. If the fifth chakra is open, we hear the voice of our intuition and become telepathic. THE 6th CHAKRA is the “third eye. It is dark blue in color. When our “third eye” is open, we become clairvoyant, psychic, and our healing abilities are multiplied. THE 7th CHAKRA is the crown chakra. It’s the color purple. Through it, we connect with our Higher Self. THE 8th CHAKRA is located above the head in the aura space. It is white and blue, the center of our Soul. Through it, we come into contact with our Higher Self. When we turn from three-dimensional beings into four-dimensional ones, the first seven chakras go down to the feet, as they are connected to denser, physical matter. Our four-dimensional chakras are located on both the physical and the Subtle Plane. They unite us not only on the Earth but also on the Galactic level. When our 4D chakras are open, we can communicate with representatives of other Galaxies and conduct intergalactic work. As the seven basic chakras descend into the feet, the seven four-dimensional chakras manifest one by one in their place. The ninth chakra becomes the root chakra, etc. After that, we move into the 4D, and our personality merges with the Soul. When the fifteenth chakra merges with the eighth, we begin to receive guidance directly from our Monad. Four-Dimensional Chakras THE 9th CHAKRA is located at the base of the spine. It is of a pearly white hue. It is the joy chakra. When it begins to open, our body cells emit a denser Light. If we rejoice and enjoy life instead of thinking only about survival, we begin to radiate the Light. The ninth chakra takes us beyond the Earth’s atmosphere to the Galactic level. As a result, we assume the responsible mission of becoming Guardians of Earth. THE 10th CHAKRA is the sacral center. It is a bright pinkish-orange hue. When the tenth chakra opens, our masculine and feminine energies balance each other, and we connect with our Souls. Activation of the tenth chakra allows us to become a conductor of Love and Light and to participate more actively in the healing of the planet. THE 11th CHAKRA is located in the solar plexus. It is a transparent shining golden color of wisdom and symbolizes self-confidence and strength. The golden chakra opens at the four-dimensional level when all our old emotional blocks disappear. Then energy flows freely through this chakra, and we feel relaxed, calm, and wise, no matter what the external circumstances. The eleventh chakra is a pass to the Galactic family. When it is fully opened in us, we gain the ability to contact other Galaxies. THE 12th CHAKRA is located in the heart center. It has a translucent violet-pink hue. The twelfth chakra opens after we reach enlightenment and connects us to the rest of the Universe and Source. The awakening of the twelfth chakra allows us to live in unconditional Love and automatically opens the heart chakras of those around us. THE 13th CHAKRA is located in the throat center. It has a rich blue-purple hue. When this chakra opens, we master the higher psychic and spiritual energies. A powerful healing channel is activated in us, allowing us to heal not only on the physical but also on the mental plane. With the opening of the thirteenth chakra, other supernatural abilities are awakened. For example, materialization and dematerialization by will or thought. THE 14th CHAKRA is the “third eye”. It has a transparent, golden-white hue. When this chakra opens, our Intelligence connects with the Divine Plan. Our thoughts have a higher, purer vibration. We become even closer to the Source. We discover the ability to transform other people’s karma, clairvoyance, and prophecy. When the fourteenth chakra is activated, we can contact with Co-Creators and Highest Masters on the Subtle Plane. THE 15th CHAKRA is manifested in the crown center. It has a white-purple hue. With its activation, we attain complete unity with our Higher Self and come into direct contact with our Monad. When this chakra is active, it means that our Soul structure is stable enough to handle the energy and amount of information coming down from the Monadic level. To activate our four-dimensional chakras, we must undergo deep purification, be filled with Light, and dedicate ourselves to the service of humanity. This is the main purpose for which we came to Earth. Five-Dimensional Chakras THE 16th CHAKRA is the root chakra, the color of platinum. Affirmation: “I am who abides in the Spirit”. The vibrations of the chakra coincide with dolphin consciousness. When the 5D root chakra opens in us, we enter the path of Ascension and begin to look for people with whom we can share our sacred knowledge. THE 17th CHAKRA is sacral and the color is scarlet. Affirmation: “I am the feminine Divine”. This chakra opens when we reach oneness with the world – animals, plants, minerals, and, of course, all people. It is activated when we are filled with wisdom, mercy, generosity, and generosity. THE 18th CHAKRA is the solar plexus, golden and iridescent in color. Affirmation: “I am the Galactic Master”. Awakening of this chakra means that we are ready to comprehend all the wisdom accumulated during past incarnations and come into contact with other Galaxies. Very often at this level we consciously or unconsciously act as messengers of the Earth for inhabitants of other planets. Usually, contacts take place during sleep. THE 19th CHAKRA is the heart chakra, a transparent white color. Affirmation: “I am Cosmic Love”. The vibrations of the chakra coincide with the Greater Cosmos heartbeat. Its opening awakens Christ Consciousness which brings Love and complete acceptance of all forms of life into the world. THE 20th CHAKRA is the throat chakra, the color azure. Affirmation: “I am the Co-Creator”. This chakra opens in us when we are ready to accept the responsibility of Co-Creator, the wisdom, power, and might of Source within us. THE 21st CHAKRA is the “third eye,” the transparent crystal. Affirmation: “I am what I am”. Over time, the chakra transforms into a crystal ball of a seer and magician who knows and sees everything but judges no one. THE 22nd CHAKRA is the crown chakra, a transparent crystal. The chakra opens when we merge completely with our Monad and aspire to the Higher Worlds. Six-Dimensional Chakras THE 23rd CHAKRA is the root center, of a silvery pinkish hue. Affirmation: “I am who abides in Love”. THE 24th CHAKRA is the sacral center, a silvery peach color. Affirmation: “I am the harmony of Love and Wisdom”. THE 25th CHAKRA is the center of the solar plexus, a silvery golden hue. Affirmation: “I am cosmic Wisdom”. THE 26th CHAKRA is the heart center, a silvery-white hue. Affirmation: “I am the heart of the Cosmos”. THE 27th CHAKRA is the throat center, a silvery blue hue. Affirmation: “I am the voice of the Universe”. THE 28th CHAKRA is the “third eye,” a silvery-lilac hue. Affirmation: “I am in unity with the entire Universe”. THE 29th CHAKRA is a silver crystal in the corona center. Seven-Dimensional Chakras THE 30th CHAKRA is the root chakra, a golden-cream color. Affirmation: “I support”. THE 31st CHAKRA is a sacral, golden-armored chakra. Affirmation: “I perceive”. THE 32nd CHAKRA is the solar plexus, a golden ruby color. Affirmation: “I allow it”. THE 33rd CHAKRA is the heart chakra, a golden-purple hue. Affirmation: “I love”. THE 34th CHAKRA is the throat chakra, a golden azure hue. Affirmation: “I proclaim”. THE 35th CHAKRA is the “third eye,” golden white. Affirmation: “I testify”. THE 36th CHAKRA is the crown, a golden crystal. If we leave the energy fields of this planet and enter even higher dimensions of Light, we anchor and activate CHAKRAS 37 through 43 and 44 through 50, which are connected, respectively, with the eighth and ninth dimensions. After joining the path of Ascension and merging with our Higher Self, we must begin to develop the six- and seven-dimensional chakras on the Subtle Plane. Each chakra has its frequency and speed of rotation. “As it is above, so it is below”. The transition occurs through an internal burst of energy. As a result, we are attracted or pulled into the next frequency band. And all of this happens in a state of resonance. When all 36 chakras are anchored, activated and open 12-helix DNA moves from etheric to physical form. The ability to teleport appears. Ascension requires the Light Potential of the body to be 80-83%, and dematerialization, teleportation, and re-materialization – to be 96-98%. It allows us to control the thought cell structure of our body. To prepare for the awakening of the energy of these chakras, we must visualize them and contemplate the light they emit. The colors of the 6D and 7D chakras are invisible to the human eye and can only be discerned with the inner vision. In the sixth dimension, a silvery-pearly light streams through all the chakras. Until recently, it was impossible to radiate the frequency of the 6D chakras and remain in the physical body. Now those of us who are ready for the transition to 5D and the awakening of the higher chakras are allowed to remain on Earth without leaving our physical bodies. In the 7D, golden light (Angel Ray) streams through all the chakras. Now we are being prepared to return to our true home, the seventh dimension. Once our 7D chakras are activated, we will be able to help others bring the time of this return closer. All people are interconnected, like cogs in a machine. If one of the gears starts spinning faster, it will immediately speed up the movement of all the steel gears. When those of us, developing Spiritually, freely carry our high vibrations to the world, others, seeing the Light coming from us, will also want to rise to a higher spiritual level. The Ark of Covenant For it, we do not need any aids or artifacts, like amulets or the notorious the Ark of Covenant which everyone has been unsuccessfully seeking for centuries. That’s not where they’re looking for it, even though it was always in front of everyone’s eyes. The Ark of Covenant is not a physical artifact but is basic information embedded in the Subtle Plane layer (Hologram) that governs us. It consists of 10 main Sefirot (spheres) that are located around our material world, holds it, and controls it. The knowledge about these 10 Sefirot, their structure, division into substructures, functioning, connections between them along with three lines – all this is an Ark, that is, the collection of Wisdom. Naturally, it cannot be set out on stone slabs. There is nothing material in it, as in any Wisdom. It consists of understanding, awareness, and comprehension by a person of what is in Nature and Source. If we perceive this Wisdom, then it exists in us, and we are, as it were, the owners of this Ark of Covenant. The loss of Wisdom is called hiding the Ark of Covenant. Many believe that the Ark of Covenant belongs exclusively to the Jewish nation. Such an opinion is fundamentally mistaken. The Ark has existed in all countries since its birth. In ancient Chaldea and Phoenicia, the Ark was well known. In India, it was glorified in the form of the Lotus. Ancient Egyptian legends tell how the Moon-God Osiris was placed in a box that became his sarcophagus. In all the religions of the world, the Ark, individually and cosmically, represents the source of Wisdom. Above it, night and day soar the pure Divine Love that lives in every Soul. A Love that does not divide, does not choose and does not test for. A Love that never discourages, humiliates, or insults. This Divine Love does not set conditions or take away hope. When the priest-kings and devotees of the Truth took the sacred Ark from the old civilization, they carried it to other countries and passed it on to other nations where it becomes the basis of Spiritual development. Unfortunately, over time every creed and religion begins to show signs of Spiritual stagnation, ossification. Small groups of people in power, isolated from their fellows, clinging with all their might to the old and closing the way to the new. Whenever such ossification occurs, the Spirit of Life and Truth departs to another nation and is embodied in other doctrines. Nations are born of those who love the Truth and die when they forget it. Today we have a unique opportunity: the Source is knocking at our door and trying to find those who seek It. The “Ark-bearers” in various countries have stopped and are looking for Spiritual men to continue their work. Whether or not the Ark and the Source remain with a nation depends entirely on its actions, and a nation’s actions are composed of the deeds of its citizens. Of OUR actions, thoughts, and aspirations. If the Source finds nothing here that resonates with It and finds that the number of those who respond to Its call – the call to service and brotherhood – is too small, they will again be deprived of the Ark. The “bearers” will once again raise the staves threaded into the rings of the Ark of Covenant, and, continuing their sacred work, will go off to other countries. A nation deprived of the Spiritual foundation symbolized by the Ark will disappear and be consigned to oblivion. Today there is a loud call, and all who seek the Source, who love the Truth and honor the Light, must realize what they were incarnated for on this planet. A powerful influx of Spiritual Light fills those of us who are fully aware of this. Each of us expresses his ideals, his desires, and his attitude toward this great mission through his daily actions far better than through words. It is useless to look for the Ark of Covenant in material things. After all, it is an allegory, nothing more. It is necessary to create in ourselves the abilities, opportunities, and goals by which we will begin to perceive again the supreme great Wisdom. It will unfold in us like the Ark of Covenant.

In reality, we have never been isolated, although the history of helping Earth and earthlings by friendly space races is full of dramatic pages, heroism, and self-sacrifice. ​For eons, support in various forms has been and continues to be provided not only from the Greater Cosmos but also on Earth itself. Hundreds of civilizations of the physical and the Subtle Plane of the highest dimensions have been involved. Help is provided remotely and locally. There are more than one billion star seeds, indigos, and crystallines on our planet, as well as thousands of volunteers and enthusiasts. This is a powerful tool of support. Not to mention the many Lightwarriors and Lightworkers who are incarnated aliens here. The higher dimensions from which helpers from friendly space races come to Earth, the greater the difficulties they encounter. Sometimes it turns to real tragedy and sacrifice before they can begin their mission. How does it happen in practice? Suppose you are a representative of the 25D Argorians or a 40D, 70D, or even higher civilization, and you responded to a call in the Greater Cosmos to come to Earth’s aid. A planet that has been in the cruelest slavery of the Black Archons all Cosmic Night and has only recently started the Great Quantum Transition to a new stage of evolution. Your level is that of Creators, Architects, and Builders of Universes, Galaxies, Constellations, and planets. But you know nothing about Earth. You are the Supreme Being, woven from the energy of Source, radiating Its Light and helping It to create and assist others. By your 25D energy, you begin scanning the Super Universe, starting from higher dimensions, looking for Earth about which you know little yet. Soon you realize that you cannot understand the whole picture because there is too much difference between the dimensions and in the scale of vision. You have to split your attention beam into smaller rays and probe each segment of space. As you dive deeper and deeper into the realms of the lower dimensions, you marvel at the worlds that are here beyond your knowledge. It is very similar to yours but has incomparable characteristics. Moreover, the creations that have sprouted here have a great many interesting aspects. But still, you don’t understand much. Millions of your attention beams continue their autonomous exploration, separating and delving deeper and deeper into the realms of worlds. They are nested within each other, like Russian Dolls or Chinese Balls. Your rays are beginning to acquire new experiences as you make your way through the thorns to the goal of your quest. More shells and inner layers open up before you, and each carries vital functions. It becomes increasingly difficult for you to move forward. As you dive into the inner reality of the descending dimensions, your attention beams lose the memory of their purpose as they have to absorb more and more new information about the environment. The rays of your energy body begin to acquire vibrations and even forms similar to those around you, get into the local game, and mingle with the natives, moving further and further away from their 25D source, and little by little forgetting their original mission. At each new level, you leave part of yourself and your memory behind, so that you can fit into less capacious media and continue to explore in more detail, leaving with you only the essentials for a deeper dive. You have to do this so that you do not harm with your high vibrations the worlds where the laws are increasingly different from 25D civilization. These worlds develop from within, and they have their curators, gardener, and gardens. To enter them, you dare to take a bold step. Instead of simply scanning, you adapt to the environment and take the forms of its inhabitants, the Light Bodies that exist beyond Time and Space, in dimensions known to earthlings as the Subtle Planes. The next level of vibration again cannot be reached without even more serious immersion. Here forms begin to take on a denser shell, and crystalline bodies appear – half-energy, half-matter. But to go completely deep into it, your newfound crystalline body is not suitable. It simply cannot withstand these vibes, and the information you contain may unpack at the most unnecessary moment, exploding the exploring world from within. You find a proper place to stop – a transiting planet, whose inhabitants kindly provide you with overnight lodging and energy boosts. On the “next day,” you decide to continue your journey and leave your crystalline body, going deeper and deeper into the Matrix of material worlds. You leave the crystalline body and continue your journey down. You took with you only the most important parts of your consciousness, leaving the accumulated experience and memory of your true 25D essence in the body on the transiting planet. As you descend deeper, you enter an even more detailed world. Here the movement is no longer carried out by the energy of your thought, due to the loss of coordinates and the potential left in the crystalline body. You have to partner with the locals and borrow their bodies to move into their reality. They are happy to do this, but once again you cannot get close enough to the goal of the journey, even though it looms right in front of your eyes. You realize that further advancement is only possible using local technology and create spaceships to move on. At the same time, you tell the locals why you are here, and they happily and bitterly point to the Earth-infested part of their world, lamenting the pernicious influence of earthlings. You offer to join you and eliminating the causes of contamination. Hundreds of thousands of volunteers decide to join you on the rescue expedition. They put the word out, and millions of more entities join you in a space rescue operation. Using old experience, you submerge your dense bodies on the ships, get as close as possible to the targeted zone and stop right on its border – no further, the low vibrations do not allow you to move on. All of you by this time is in different-frequency ranges that do not permit you to manifest yourself in the underlying reality. You need new means of locomotion – bodies that allow you to interact with the basic rules of the world within which the source of Local Universe contamination resides. Your army is fully assembled, and you are ready for action. You begin to test the ground by sending your messengers to different zones of the Local Universe. The zones are not only geographical (spatial) but also chronally different. You understand that the area of operation is untouchable due to the Law of Free Will and Choice Freedom, and you cannot influence it with all your potential but only suggest the way. The first dive goes well enough. Leaving your bodies aboard the spaceships, you go off on a mission down, get to know the locals, and unobtrusively try to help them eliminate the source of contamination – dozens of low-frequency negative emotions and habits. You decide to test yourself as an earthling. After all, no Creator has the right to remain outside of his Creation without experiencing it personally. But just like many others from the higher dimensions, you begin to quickly forget about the true purpose of your incarnation on Earth. Like many of us, you are immersed in the illusions of duality and completely subject to the 3D Matrix that blocks your memory along with other aspects of your former 25D personality. Many space experiments have been conducted in this pocket of reality. Different entities wanted to taste its “honey,” and they added their vibrations to this 3D world. Consciousness from nearby Meta-Galaxies and distant Star Systems rushed to Earth for help and experience, dividing themselves, like you, into many energy bodies, like fractals or Russian Dolls. Some stayed on the Subtle Plane, some decided to incarnate in physical bodies, leaving their memory and true essence on the boards of countless intergalactic ships that surround the Earth from all sides. Some became humans, some became operators and assistants of incarnate Guardians. Each performs his mission in complete secrecy, trying not to do any harm. The memory in incarnated is erased, and the Guardians can only discreetly suggest the way, so as not to interfere by their presence to the souls of the material worlds created by Earth and other Local Universe’s consciousness. Here an analogy comes to mind with the movie Avatar in which humans used technology to descend into an alien world in the bodies of the natives. Only the Earth’s natives are unaware of your presence and continue to play their game. And you, too, have not remembered your true essence for many reasons, remaining in the wheel of Samsara from life to life. With the end of the Cosmic Night and the beginning of the Great Quantum Transition, the aim of the operation of friendly space races is not only to free the earthlings from the slavery of the Archons. The task is much broader – to promote a new consciousness capable to absorb and implement the experience and knowledge of the Higher Worlds on a single evolutionary platform. No one had ever done that before, anywhere. It’s time to separate the wheat from the chaff – to awaken those who came with you to this planet. You send a pulse to your associates reminding them to return to their mission. But your message doesn’t reach its recipients. Its impulse can hardly reach even your bodies of manifestation which you left in different dimensions, going down the 3D staircase. With each new density, the recall loses its power, reaching addresses only as echoes of vague memories. The fractal echo is almost inaudible to your comrades-in-arms, who came with you to 3D Earth. They are too deeply immersed in its reality and have long considered it their own, having mingled with earthlings. Many try to remember their true selves but immediately reject the remnants of their past, thinking it a sick imagination. But the more the Great Quantum Transition gains strength, the more space assistants incarnated on Earth discover once forgotten mission. They spontaneously establish communication with “Higher Self” aboard their space flotilla ships, and draw information from the database there. Some begin to consciously part with the surrounding attachments, subconsciously understanding that the exit is possible only after removing the chains that ground the true Creators. Others get rid of material junk accumulated over dozens and hundreds of years of kinship ties, change names and passports. In others, who are going through their last experience on Earth, material attachments are taken away forcefully to awaken in them the desire to know why they came to our planet and to return to the rescue operation. A person often is sober up only when he feels bad – friends and loved ones leave, work and home are lost. Unfortunately, this is sometimes the only way to awaken those who are asleep. There is a consciousness of completely different worlds gathered on Earth. Some of them were created by sub-Logos and planets, some decided to get the experience of incarnations here, some just to shake the old days in low-frequency worlds, and some to energetically feed at the expense of earthlings. Even before the rays of Source’s attention manifested here, nearby Logos had noticed within Local Universe the hotbed of infection and offered their help to Co-Creators in its erasing. The locus of contamination was detected not so long ago. It is located between the 3rd and 5th dimensions, inside the crystal lattice. That is the reason why many of us cannot return home in other dimensions. The Archon’s virus infection may reach higher levels of the Subtle Plane through us, its carriers. In other words, we who are infected with negativity on Earth can contaminate our Higher Self when we return home. That’s why many friendly races have come here now – to deal with the causes of the infection and to free our minds from captivity. But this is only a part of operation… The main rule of the Greater Cosmos is continuous cognition and development. This is how we, a part of the Source, help It to know Itself and through It – ourselves. Monitoring and interaction is taking place in all seven Super Universes, in all Galaxies and Constellations. Whatever complete information the Akashic Chronicles and their analogues contain, they only capture events in their databases. The best way to fully understand the studied reality is direct interaction and being on the spot itself. The methods, technologies, and goals of incarnations of representatives of other Universes, Galaxies, and planets are different. Which ones? From the outside, each reality, including ours, looks like a multidimensional spherical cocoon (Russian Dolls). The attention’s beams of neighboring civilizations (collective consciousness) are continuously superimposed on it from other parts of Greater Cosmos. The rays are acting as branches from which shoots then grow, penetrating deep into the cocoon to explore it. These probes supplement the inner energy of the cocoon with their vibrations and absorb the information and experience, accumulated in it, and pass it on to the destination. It is how cosmic races get to know each other remotely. If the discovered reality is interesting and important, volunteers, sometimes large groups, are sent to it – in physical and energy bodies. According to the Greater Cosmos Laws, guests have no right to violate the internal order of the hosts, their free will, and freedom of choice (the behavior of Black Archons and Dark Forces is not considered here). On 3D Earth, new arrivals must get used to gravity, dense bodies, linear Time, the beginning of the transition to 5D, the war between Dark and Light Forces, and many other things that may not exist in other worlds. The farther they are from us, the harder it is for their inhabitants here. Sometimes adaptation requires an inordinate amount of resources, especially when it happens for the first time. That is why many children these days start talking and walking much later than their peers. For Souls who come from high-frequency worlds, it is difficult to adapt to new conditions and get used to the bodies-suits without which gaining experience on our planet is impossible. Having tested and mastered the next platform of evolution, having lived with the local inhabitants and gathered all their experience, the ray-probes curtail the branches and are pulled back into their worlds. Sometimes they are followed by the entire nations, such as the Maya and other ethnic groups of previous Races. Before the exodus, the most mature is the first to awaken, and they, in turn, awaken the others. When a critical mass is reached (about 30%), a mass evacuation of alien consciousness and bodies from the Earth plane occurs. They take home the incarnation experience and the knowledge they have gained. Then this process continues further – to explore other worlds. Sometimes the attention’s beams of different Universes, Galaxies, and planets absorb the experience of neighbors without resorting to complete immersion (fusion) but only scanning another’s civilization, continuing to develop their own. At times, by mutual agreement of collective consciousness, the space civilizations can merge, complementing each other and enhancing their capabilities through shared experience. In this case, only the best accomplishments that have proven to be high-potential sources of experience are implemented. Stagnating elements are discarded as unnecessary, and unified attention is shifted to new worlds. Occasionally, friendly space race contact is limited by sending only Observers (or Wanderers). Often they are children of the higher Logos and are sent during the maturation of civilization to determine its “ripeness”. They ingratiate themselves with the local reality, study it on various parameters, and report back, simultaneously channeling their energy and information to both sending and receiving parties. The floor to one of such Wanderer: “I was tasked by the Supervisory Board of the Galactic Committee. My position is Registrar of the Matrix current states. Here are thousands like me. It is not my first mission. In a past life, I was a writer, a “Divine Pen”. I described and wrote, and in this life, I sketch. I don’t have to do anything special. Not to study or analyze. Just observe, feel, register, and pass on my feelings and info to the Supervisory Board. When such a contract is made, on the spot, in 3D, conditions are created in such a way that Matrix does not interfere. Some sort of witness protection program. An official profession is given that provides relative freedom. All my life, since my early childhood, I have only observed and recorded. Not the slightest detail escaped my attention. I closely watched everything and everyone without curiosity, emotion, love, and immersion in the observed reality. I got used to the lack of harmony in people’s faces, in their bad shaped and tasteless clothes, in ugly buildings. I knew it didn’t have to be this way. I could easily identify and register the states of any creature or group of creatures. I had a scanner inside me. “How observant and perceptive you are,” I was told. I shrugged and thought everyone knew how to do that. I wasn’t interested in anyone else’s opinion. I always had my own. Since I was 16, I had always traveled alone. I didn’t need company, because a company or a fellow traveler distracted me from observing. It was important to move around all the time – hitchhiking, trains, planes, steamships, trucks, just to keep moving. No one ever looked for me, never worried about me, and nothing happened to me. I could go to the train station on a Friday, after college classes, and take a ticket to any place. Everywhere I found lodging and food. On Monday morning I was already in class. No one could know where I was, and I even enjoyed the mystery. I loved being in such a state. It excited me and pushed me to risky journeys. Then there was a break for a long 15 years. Now I am working under a new contract. The mission is the same but now I have more experience and knowledge. I observe what is happening from great distances, see everything from inside and outside by clairvoyance, and see the invisible. I report about space changes, then, receive new tasks. But still, no one I know knows where I am.” In the Universe, one cocoon may have millions of neighboring probes (rays) exploring its current reality to gather experiences that will then be used on home platforms of consciousness evolution. Space races are not the only ones doing this. An entire Galaxy in another Universe can merge its consciousness into our Galaxy to gather info and exchange data. Both can influence each other’s development which on such high levels usually happens by mutual consent. But energy-informational captures for parasitism have also happened. The Universe can choose different paths of evolution, and, as noted above, the farther it removes its attention’s beam, the less comprehensible the objects of observation could be. The rules of cooperation are not always clear and can be interpreted as the situation develops through the perceptions of the participants. Some may see parasitism as normal, while for others it is an aggression. How such experiments end is known only at summation. Every experience is invaluable. When Logos sends their consciousness into other realities, they usually read out general (superficial) information about what is going on without digging into details. If a given branch of evolution is interesting, and the Logos wants to explore this reality better, the rays of its attention split and penetrate deeper and deeper into all elements being studied, changing the program and adapting to new conditions as it is ready/needed/wanted. In this case, begins an exchange of data between the explorer and the explored (differences disappear), and both can apply the experience as they see fit. The consciousness of the Universe can flow into Galaxy, then into a Star, then into a planet, and finally into a man, progressing as interest arises and retreating when it ceases. But the deeper one enters another’s territory, the less information is left about one’s own identity. The attention’s beam simply must leave its previously earned potential in the higher dimensions to fit itself (or rather its “mini-me”) into the “suit” (body) needed to explore the lower dimensions. The “suit”, for its part, can become a self-sufficient “personality”, begins to absorb info from the environment, and risks getting lost in the sea of multidimensional data, further distancing its “self” from the “host”. Sooner or later one has to send rescue expeditions because now there is a risk of losing not only the object of study and the entire Universe that is in it but also a part of oneself sent to study low-frequency worlds. Everything in our world has consciousness, and every consciousness can explore and be on every platform of evolution at will. Consciousness is created and sent to Earth to be experienced and tested by planets, Stars, Galaxies, Meta-Galaxies, Logos, Creators, and Universes. Earth is one of the countless test tubes in the Creation Lab where life has evolved in an extremely unique way. This draws visitors here from all parts of the multidimensional horizons. Our planet was created as a testing ground for the mixing of different types of consciousness. Each entity that enters here brings pieces of experience gathered in other worlds. Here their capabilities are averaged with earthlings, and they play on an equal footing. For example, Meta-Galactic consciousness which had the experience of creating Stars cannot bring this possibility to live here. Its potential has been reduced to the human level to fit into a physical “suit”. A physics student cannot go down to the nursery and talk about astrophysics to the kids. First, he must lower his level to theirs. Only in this way can a constructive dialogue occur. The same happens on Earth. Higher consciousness and friendly cosmic races come down here to teach, help, and develop, but first, they must fully understand us and our reality.

After the Armageddon of April 21, 2021, the Galactic Committee accelerated its program to transform the Earth. While Operation Stellar Network is weighty, it served as an important distraction that helped divert Dark Forces’ attention away from Galacom’s main activities last weeks. One of them is the removal of the secret government of the Archons from Earth. The other is building a new timeline, a complete purification of the current Time Programs. All distortions introduced by the Archons were folded and removed from them. Then the new soft was loaded and unfolded. At Galacom’s behest, the Time Keepers are rebuilding and aligning it, tuning constructively, removing the dark legacy of parasitic forces. The work is carried out in all eras, splicing the Spaces-Times on an entirely new basis. Now, with the help of quantum impulses all negativity accumulated in earthlings during all incarnations in the past, including the way of life, starting from the first embodiment on the Earth, is purged. Therefore, inconsistencies of Time may appear in this life. Work is being done with humanity on a systemic level from Pleroma to 3D Earth. All descendants of the 14D body, consciousness, Intelligence are reorganized so that they, cleansed of harmful and destructive impurities, have free access to all channels of movement in Time and Space. The collective Logos, created by the Light Forces’ ground team and supported by the Pleroma Highest Hierarchy, has become a powerful conduit and operational channel. Representatives of the Galactic Committee are actively using it to assist Earth. Galacom continues to work actively in other important areas. 5D SPACE As in the construction of pyramids, “star” fortresses, and spaceships, first, a Hologram of a new five-dimensional reality is built on the Subtle Plane. Later it will be gradually filled (materialized) with physical matter. The completion of the Hologram is taking place before our eyes. It is being done 24/7 on all levels simultaneously. Dozens of quantum energies that the Galactic Committee sends to Earth serve as a building material. Working together, the clots of high-frequency energy coming from the center of the Local Universe squeeze out by their powerful vibrations the force fields of the three-dimensional Archon Matrix, finally destroying it. Galacom creates a new 5D Earth Hologram in the 6th dimension, using the energies of 2D, 3D, and 4D. This energy is collected by accumulators installed under the surface. Then, applying ultrasonic pulses, it is directed into the 6D in the form of compacted plasma. There, on the Subtle Plane, the necessary blocks of the 5D Hologram are constructed from this plasma. It is created in the form of a multidimensional fractal. It will be our home in the new vibrational orbit of the 5D, where the Earth is now being carefully moved. According to info on June 14th, 2021 at 07: 09 AM CET, the planet successfully passed the third filter and entered the fourth subspace in 5D’s orb. An important correction should be made here and apologize for the inaccuracy. Although several civilizations are involved in the planet relocation op, the transport itself is performed by the traueleventator which is part of the 25D Argorians’ squadron. In the Greater Cosmos, this space race is engaged in rescue operations. About two hundred of its representatives are incarnated on Earth as Lightworkers. Part of the transformation is accomplished by field synthesis. Using the planet’s anomalous zones and energy blocks, 3D matter atoms are split into particles and beamed into the upper atmosphere. There, the beget is made on a new basis using GRASIMO’s violet energy. It synthesizes plasma for the 5D Hologram, neutralizes side effects, and removes impurities of three-dimensional energies and matter. EARTH’S CORE Through the 5D Hologram, Galacom maintains the stable functioning of the Earth’s core, preparing it for the mode required in the new vibrational orbit. The energy blocks of the planet are being transformed, accumulating, and transmitting the energy of development on a higher level. Communication channels are processed to increase energy flows. New Portals are being opened through magnetic fields all over the globe. They are under the full control of the Higher Light Hierarchy. Through the opening of the ozone layer are removed, or rather – burnt out clots of negativity which in huge quantities continues to emit humanity. By energy platforms in magnetic fields and powerful ultrasonic pulses, the astral is purged, depriving the Dark entities of their main shelter. Using these platforms, the Galactic Committee is removing the anomalies that are created on the Subtle Plane by the hadron colliders in Switzerland, the United States, Italy, China, and Russia. This is a matter of particular concern to Galacom since earthlings are completely unaware of the extremely dangerous consequences of these installations. Unfortunately, history repeats itself. It once led to the death of a giant planet and turned it into our Sun. It was in the center of the Milky Way. On this planet, the first earthlings in physical bodies appeared. They had to get involved in liberating the Local Universe from the Archons invading it. All conditions were created for the earthlings to do so. But events took a different scenario. The Dark Forces managed to send their agents to the planet. They began to turn the population on one side of the planet against those living on the other. The Archons’ efforts led both sides to the arms race in preparation for war. The Darkies provoked it in every way possible, providing military technology of enormous destructive power. Among them was the collider technology. It was introduced under the plausible pretext of obtaining a source of eternal energy and a tool for creating an artificial Universe. When the colliders were perfected and the acceleration of particles in it was equal to the speed of light, the installations began to explode one after another due to the matter and antimatter juncture. This caused the detonation of a gigantic stockpile of other weapons accumulated on the planet – nuclear, thermonuclear, etc. To survive, part of the population went deeper under surface, closer to the center of the planet. Some moved to the satellite that is now our Moon. Many died. All attempts to stop the chain reaction failed. It continued to escalate, and soon the planet erupted like a new thermonuclear Sun, destroying all life. Later, the Sun was moved to the periphery of our Galaxy, and a new planet, Earth, was created to continue humanity. The lessons were not learned. In late Atlantis, history repeated. The Co-Creators had to destroy the Fourth Race to save the planet. Such an end to the current Fifth Race the Galactic Committee and friendly civilizations, of course, will not allow. Therefore, they carefully control the work of the colliders, interfering with and blocking dangerous experiments in every possible way. PLASMA 5D Hologram is intensely saturated with new plasma. It will change first the plant world and then the animals for the continuation of life in a five-dimensional environment. Plasma radiates from the Earth’s core. By controlling the clots of 3D energy with vibrations, Galacom changes the plasma. As a compressed sphere, it is transported through the Portals from 4D to 6D, condensing in the course. Vibrations are monitored by the 25D Argorian squadron and the Lunar base under Siriusians’ control. NATURE WORLDS At this point in the 5D transition, the Galactic Committee, and friendly races are not focusing on radical human transformation but on transforming the flora, fauna, and the mineral world which are easier to change than humans. The Nature transformation is carried out through pyramid control panels and the connection of energy platforms in a new life support system. Its structures are formed using the dark blue energy GRICADO. The rearrangement of the gene structure in the Nature worlds is done by the energy impulses on DNA and RNA. The double helix of DNA is the most important molecule for living things and plants. It determines inheritance, protein-coding, and contains instructions for the development and reproduction of the entire organism and each cell individually. Single-helix RNA is the carrier of encoded information from the nucleus to the cell. Thanks to RNA, the basic structures of the cell that make it alive are created. Long non-coding RNA also controls the work of the cell’s genetic apparatus. RNA is involved in protein synthesis and encodes protein structure, including in plants – their roots, young shoots, and buds. Over 60% of all genes are under the “jurisdiction” of RNA. It is microRNAs that guide the development of whole organs and the organism as a whole, starting some processes and stopping others according to the corresponding biological clock. The compression of force fields selects the most promising species that can exist in a five-dimensional environment. The energetic influence on DNA and RNA expands their consciousness. NEW CONSCIOUSNESS Although Galacom has postponed for the future the direct, more active transformation of humans, the indirect influence on us is ongoing. The goal is to adapt each of us to live in a new energy environment. This is done periodically, every 3-5 days, sometimes longer, weakening the Earth’s magnetic field which increases the inflow of high-frequency 5D energies. Either by strengthening the field, and we again immerse in 3D energies. In the present Cosmic Morning and the approaching Cosmic Day, we can survive and live only in their high-frequency 5D Hologram. The Earth is already entering this vibrational orbit. The 5D energies cannot burn us, but they are higher in frequency than most people emit – from 0.5 to 3.5 Hz. Periodic weakening are aimed to encourage us to feel and think positively, to return to Love and selfless help. The frequencies of such emotions and thoughts are closest to 5D – from 50 to 1000 Hz. The low and ultra-low standing Schumann waves between the surface and the ionosphere and the ultra-high frequencies of mobile quantum fluxes coming to Earth from the center of the Galaxy are different things in origin and behavior. The behavior of Schumann waves is more dependent on the Sun and atmospheric phenomena.

Galactic Committee, 25D Siriusians, 23D Arcturians, Pleiadians, and other friendly races continue dozens of other ops in near-Earth space and on Earth. They go on non-stop 24/7. Preparations are making to move the planet to a new vibrational orbit – first to the transiting 4D, and then to the main 5D where Earth was before the takeover by the Black Archons. The fierce wars that accompanied their invasion and the use of the most destructive space weapons pushed the Earth into 3D space. Not only Earth was affected, but all the other planets in the Solar System were knocked off their previous vibrational orbits. It helped the Black Archons to establish a new control over them. Now Galacom, along with the Siriusians and other Light races, is fixing this situation. A single eon of 3D, 4D, and 5D is creating on Earth. The dividing walls between them of black RIR energy are gradually thinning. After complete fusion, the eon will have three-layered energy with free access for people to each level. The Galactic Committee will also put the other planets of the Solar System into new vibrational orbits. Mercury 1D will be lifted into a vibrational 2D orbit which is currently occupied by Venus. The freed space near the Sun will be occupied by another one-dimensional planet. Venus will be moved into a 3D orbit to continue its transformation, discussed below. Earth as a single 3D/4D/5D eon will be moved to a vibrational 4D orbit. It is currently occupied by Mars. This planet will be lifted by Galacom into orbit 5D, where the Asteroid Belt is currently situated. This is the remnant of the planet destroyed by the Black Archons during the penultimate war for control of the Solar System. The Belt is a borderline between the worlds below and above 5D. It is by its dimensions, not by mass, that the planets are placed one after the other. The dimensionality of space is determined by the distance between the Intelligence l-gamma particles. Beyond the Asteroid Belt is a space of 6-dimensional worlds, inaccessible to the view of 3D humanity. This 6D space forms the 5D Matrix and at the same time is the 5D Matrix. The main five-dimensional globe of the Earth is not in our Solar System but the third inner sphere of the Super Universe described below. There, Higher Light Hierarchy already selected a Galaxy with the poetic name “Space of Love”, where all the conditions for further planet’s evolution exist. Returning to the former vibrational orbit of the 5D will give a powerful acceleration to all operations of Galacom and friendly races. One of the most important is the plasma op partially discussed in Part 11 of this series. The cosmic purpose of Earth and humanity is to form the Intelligence plasma. This is what the planet and all civilizations on it were created for. Human plasma is the prototype of human consciousness. Processing of Intelligence plasma takes place on the Sun which has its closed system. It is the transshipment point of this plasma, its processing and forming unit. Hence was born the pagan notion of the Sun God – Ra. Sun can provide life only for four dimensions, no more. The rest must have nourishment from the underlying worlds of development and depends on the Spiritual growth of people who are in physical bodies. Solar System carries all the diversity of life forms. But the multiplicity of spiritual-plasma energy forms of life is not yet the basis for determining the energy capacity of a star. Its energy capacity is determined ONLY by the degree of Spiritual development of Intelligence plasma. And the degree of development is formed by the evolution of the plasma brought from the cosmos into the plant, animal, and biological bodies of people, the degree of their spiritual growth or degradation. This mechanism was destroyed by the Archons while they were in power on Earth. The balance was ruined, asynchrony of the planet’s core, the main plasma generator, occurred. Plasma flow to the surface constantly increased the population growth. Many Souls with low vibration frequencies tried to reincarnate. Quantity replaced quality. The outflow of high-frequency Intelligence plasma to the Sun was constantly decreasing, approaching a critical point, threatening the existence of the star. Archons and their Dark Hierarchy broke the balance of the energy outflow, linking it only to themselves and their eons. That’s how the parasites got the vital energy they needed. Destruction of Anti-Pleroma on April 21, 2021, the decapitation of the entire Black Hierarchy, and other Galacom operations created favorable conditions for the restoration of the original plasma production and circulation mechanism on Earth and in the Solar System. Siriusians regulate plasma flows through citadels – pyramids and special stelae. The citadel’s energy block is turned on to gain plasma energy, preparing the planet for the transition to the 5D. In the future, human life on the planet will continue in energy forms, gradually freeing itself from the protein shell. It is not yet possible. Therefore, some of the plasma is now being redirected to Venus, where preparations are being made to receive the first settlers. Thus continues the great transformation of Gaia which generously shares its plasma, its energies. By giving birth to new worlds, this speck of the Greater Cosmos contributes its small particle to the new Local Universe’s Matrix. People living on this planet rarely think about the question: What do they live for? And how does the world around them work? They are immersed in everyday worries, in the tinsel of existence. But consciousness and will are already creating new worlds. For example, people think that at night they do nothing but sleep. It is just the opposite. It is at night that a person’s Subtle Bodies begin their real work. They receive information that flows from the planet and gives all that they could acquire during the day. This exchange of info structures is invariable and constant. It is the meaning of human life and the meaning of the planet’s existence. Man is the organ for the planet that produces the planet’s Intelligence. Its consciousness is gravity. Earth science mistakenly believes that gravity is the force of attraction. It is not. Gravity is the measure of a planet’s awareness of its place, its state, its Intelligence. It is a place under the sun, a dimension of its matter, a stage of development among other sister planets. Gaia’s intelligence is growing. Possessing memory, she will not allow the rebirth under new conditions of the current civilization, negative and hostile for the planet and man himself. The intelligence of the Earth, its high energy value does not allow any life form, any of its manifestations, to stop in its development. On Earth, the buzzer, an ultrasonic flux, set up by Siriusians, continues to work. Changing its frequency periodically, they make one by one a selection of already ready plasma. Further, the purified and prepared plasma of humans, animals, and plants is moved to Venus. There it will become the basis for the further development of new intelligent beings. The planet will be monitored by a civilization from the constellation Canis Major. On Venus are already working steles – receivers of plasma from the Earth. Its first streams have already flowed through the energy channels created by Siriusians’ transport ships. It didn’t make sense to use the ships themselves for such short space distances. It was easier for the Siriusians’ squadron to create channels connected to the stelae, the citadels. They absorb the plasma, control it in its initial development and deliver it to the desired point. Such a citadel has the appearance of a black, brightly glittering stele. When an energy stream touches it, it begins to pulsate and emit received plasma, directing it to the planet’s blocks capable of materializing it, creating the bodies of humanoid beings adapted to the conditions of this planet. So far, Venus can only provide survivability for a 2D world. For humans, at the very least, are needed 3D conditions. To do it, the planet’s field structure will be changed, moving it to a new, 3D vibrational orbit. Galacom assigns Venus the task of raising the new three-dimensional population of the Solar System. Solaris system will be introduced, combining 1D, 2D, and 3D, facilitating the cultivation of Intelligence. Bringing plasma of flora and fauna to Venus will give the increased potential for human plasma development, thereby raising the development status of the planet. After many millennia, this plasma will materialize and begin to develop as it once began to manifest and develop on Earth. By today, a great many thousands of Earth people’s Souls have been placed on Venus, from both the common people and the elite. In the future, it is planned to move Earth to another Galaxy, where the planet will have a new Sun. They are already selected. Like the other six Super Universes, ours also consists of many energy spheres with different programs. Once, at the dawn of its existence, the Earth was in the zone of the farthest, outer shell. This is the space where the development of energy plasma, which is in the stage of the formation of primordial matter, begins. In this zone, there are also clusters, Galaxies, a lot of free energy, suitable for the construction of life Here begins the primordial process of nucleation of any cosmic matter which subsequently passes into the space of the second and then the third sphere, closer to the center of the Super Universe’s rotation. After the Earth was formed as a planet, Siriusians moved it from the outer first to the second sphere, the present Milky Way. It was the zone of the Black Anti-Pleroma and the Dark eons. Their recent destruction made it easier for the Co-Creators and the Higher Light Hierarchy to move Earth to the next, higher stage of evolution – now, in the zone of the third sphere of the Super Universe. This is a serious moment of transformation and change. It is a moment of collection of Intelligence plasma for further development and unripe plasma for redistribution to other worlds, and planets. How will the transition technically take place? Exactly in the same way as it was during the move from the first sphere to the second. For this purpose, a 25 Siriusians’ space fleet will create a special field around the Earth in the form of a giant string bag. Then, their most powerful traueleventator, whose energy systems are as powerful as those of many Galaxies, will join the operation. This is the main reason why such ships do not go inside the Milky Way, remaining outside it. Only small modules work inside. Traueleventator – a ship capable of moving planets and other celestial bodies, as well as finished plasma, without changing their physical state, from one space or dimension to another. After creating the energy string bag, the trauleventator will stand in front of the Earth on the course of travel. Then, it will slowly move to the third inner sphere of the Super Universe, dragging the energy network with our planet in it. It is how our Gaia will get a new home, an exciting perspective on evolution, hers, and humanity. On October 10, 2010, the cycle of development of the Fifth Race on Earth, the Information Gathering Race, ended. Next came a period of global change, the era of the Sixth Race. 2011 was the year when the Siriusians’ communication center started to radiate Earth by huge waves of red energy. This energy is the foundation of everything – energy fields, the Matrix, matter, new highly evolved life forms. It creates the tension of the outer shell of the planet, producing an interchange of energies in the splitting of cell nuclei, compacting plasma with a new consciousness and Intelligence plasma, providing life for the planet. 2012 was the year of the huge release of finished plasma and the acceleration of the Great Quantum Transition. 2013 – Program of gradual change in climate and nature was launched. 2014 – Earth’s transition of the Earth to new development programs. 2015 – New space in the upper layers of the atmosphere was created, where a new 5D Hologram, new time-spin programs, and thought-forms of new matter are formed. This space serves as the planet’s third radiation belt, protecting the Earth from invasion by large celestial bodies. 2016 – Temporal programs’ renewal of the planet and life on it was terminated. 2017 – Thermal transformations began to change all atomic and molecular processes. 2018 – Formation of new energy fields. 2019 – Programs for splitting atoms of 3D matter started. Unconverted to 5D matter is split and removed from the planet. 2020 – Development of a new 3D/4D planet. 2021 – New Galactic Year, accelerating Earth’s transition from 3D to 5D. This chronology explains why the Mayan calendar was not extended beyond 2012. They simply did not know the new programs, and could not have known. But now they, being in the 4th dimension of our planet, very carefully and with great benevolence continue to observe the development of events on it. 5D Earth has been moved to another Galaxy, and earthlings’ Souls who have reached this level are already heading there. It is a world where the creation by thought is instantaneous. 3D on Venus will be only on the Subtle Plane which is now actively saturated with the plasma of plants, animals, and people. Their materialization on the physical plane is a very long process. There is life on Venus on the Subtle Plane in 6D and 8D. Sanat Kumara, previously resided on Venus, who terminated his mission on Earth in 1956 and handed it over to the Buddha, who is still there in 8D. Codes of 3D in the New Universe will be without duality, instead, they will be only on the Light basis. Isn’t it possible for these Souls to incarnate on other 3D planets in the interim instead of waiting such a long time for Venus to be ready for them? This is already being done. But the transformation of Venus into 3D with a new civilization is part of the overall restructuring of the Solar System along with the Local Universe. These Souls that have been placed on Venus are they 3D or 4/5D as well? Could these 5D Souls then live on the Subtle plane of Venus until they can materialize? In the Greater Cosmos there are a huge number of 5D planets with more comfortable conditions for the further development of 5D Souls than 2D or 3D Venus. 3D Venus is created for those who have been delayed in their evolution on 4D/5D Earth for one reason or another. Due to high vibrations on 5D Earth, they simply won’t be able to survive. On 3D Venus, they will have enough time to grow to 4D and 5D and then move higher. Each dimension is a densely populated space, with its own civilizations in different physical and energetic forms, living on different “floors”. For example, in our seventh Super Universe, the youngest in age, these dimensions are one hundred. In others, an infinite number. For the inhabitants of the lower 3D level, everything above can be perceived as Gods. But the Creator is only one – the Source. All the others only help It know Itself and themselves based on Love and help, and not subordination and submission.

Spiritual growth is a continual development from the former semi-conscious state to the highest, the enlightened state. On this path there is a complete transformation of our personality, changing both our perception and the world around us. Our spiritual development is always going on. There are different conditional stages. It has to be pre-admonished right away that we don’t linger on any one stage. We live the experience and at the same time we are everywhere but in different proportions. Learn about Universal Laws, but first..... So, what are these stages? 1. Clash At this stage we are first confronted with information that contradicts the attitudes of society, everything is generally accepted and goes beyond the normal worldview. The choice here is either not to believe, to be skeptical, and to push away these contradictions, or to take an interest and try to learn the details to better understand and go beyond our usual patterns, to begin with. In most cases, many of us superficially try to find or double-check something. Without finding confirmation, and sometimes trying what is suggested, we don’t get the result that was promised, and we quickly return to our habitual lives with a certain opinion which then becomes much more difficult to change. 2. Cognition At this stage, there is active learning. We have an interest in different areas of knowledge. We expand our horizons and want to share with others. The first difficulties in mutual understanding begin. Disputes arise. But the process of learning goes on, and we begin to distinguish people by the level of development, by the level of understanding of life. We learn that there is something beyond the material world. We begin to understand that life is an opportunity for development, not just for living and pleasure. 3. Practice After a while, we decide to take up the practice, to use what we have learned to change our lives, to change ourselves, to engage in self-development. At this stage, the use of the acquired knowledge in practice gets underway. We begin to study the movement of energies within ourselves, meditate, and engage in various exercises and techniques. The exercises are basic, for the improvement of health and well-being. We want to achieve our goals using Spiritual practices. We observe how our lives change, how we feel, what events occur, and what people come into our lives. We suddenly notice that familiar society begins to crumble, and it is not easy for us to lose and part with it all. Many of us change everything – jobs, friends, and loved ones in the rush to accelerate our transformation. But it is a mistake. We still need to learn how to maintain a relationship with our surroundings, rather than showing pride by making ourselves out to be the great know-it-all. This is a very critical and painful stage for many because the people around stop understanding us. It is desirable to remain in the familiar image but with new settings, then the new rapprochement with those around us will take longer, but it will be truer. It’s all very complicated. Most run to a new environment, believing that we are welcome there with open arms, that they understand us. But having broken the old ties, it’s hard to build them anew, and there’s no point. They are good in themselves. We just don’t have to hold on to them, and it’s better to stay natural. 4. Choosing The Direction After a series of failures to achieve our intended goals, we realize that there are even more powerful factors in life than our energy system, will, and goals. We begin to notice periods of ups and downs in our energy. We learn to relax and not to strain. We understand what it means to save vitality, and try to use our time and energy as efficiently as possible. Ultimately, we conclude that we need a choice of direction for further development, as the former values are gradually being questioned. Everything ends that old values are reconsidered, and we have to choose where to go next. In connection with this choice, a new system of values is chosen, a new approach and a new life are built. New goals are set. 5. Denial At this point, there is a complete collapse. All notions of what is important, what is necessary, and what is not, ruin. We are faced with the fact that the world is inherently illusory. All forms are temporary. All states that can be achieved are transitory. The directions and goals we have chosen are not yielding the returns we have been waiting for. We begin to wonder about the meaning of everything repeatedly and more than once. We begin to feel sorry and whine. Depression and an unwillingness to do anything at all set in. We feel that something more perfect rules our lives. That the world around us is surrounded by Higher Powers. 6. Contemplation At this point, something interesting happens. After a rejection, we completely disillusioned, stop thinking and trusting our former ideals and values. We become independent and look at everything with indifference, dispassionately. Losing our dependence on ideals, we gain real freedom and begin to love the irony of life, the combination of high and low, Spirit and matter. And the interesting thing is that we no longer look from the perspective of our personality but more broadly, from the perspective of an outsider.... observer... Weeks, months, and sometimes years go by but spiritual knowledge, no matter how frustrating, remains in our Souls. And no matter how confused we get, that knowledge clears up a lot for us. After all, we notice that the world is more harmonious than we thought. It is simply not subject to the ideals of only one group of people but evolves dynamically, periodically changing its structure and even its path of development. The results of this stage may be different for many of us. But overall, this independent contemplation leads to a deeper understanding of the harmony of the world. And most importantly, even if there is another collapse of planned events or the failure of the next ideal, we are no longer lost, and take it for granted, we learn to get up after the fall and move on. 7. Provocation It is the toughest of all the tests. No one likes it in the beginning and few people pass it. This stage is not in the middle, it is everywhere and always. As soon as we tell ourselves or those around us that we have achieved, understood, or realized something, space (the Matrix) begins to trial us in various ways. It is very unpleasant, we have to roll back and start a lot of things from the beginning, reconsider all over again. Some give up, some move on. Everyone decides for himself, with his free will and freedom of choice. Hint: The crucial point here is that "Life is a JOURNEY, not a Destination" 8. Acceptance The next stage is complete acceptance. We begin to accept everything as it is and become grateful for everything that happens to us. If before we were impatiently waiting for what we wanted, now we calmly accept everything that happens, without torturing ourselves with expectations, and without tormenting ourselves with disappointment. 9. Awareness This is where the flash happens – the flash of consciousness. A realization comes that the Source is just there and we can feel It. By this stage, we have learned well enough to see the sacred meaning of what is happening, and know that we are ready for this revelation. A flash of consciousness occurs and a conscious aspiration is born. It is noteworthy that we are not looking for any knowledge, esoteric secrets, or secret techniques, but for the Essence itself, the Spirit of the Source because by this point we have truly realized all Its Importance and Power. This stage is very intense energetically. Our Spiritual body begins to grow faster than before. It absorbs the Spiritual substance, filling our consciousness with the power of the Spirit. There is a gradual awakening and our memory is activated. 10. Consecration As we fill ourselves with the power of the Spirit, we become ready for the major encounter of our lives. It may happen on its own, or with the help of the Teacher but this moment cannot be confused with anything else. It is an encounter with self and the Source, a notion of depth, emptiness, greatness, and the absence of self as a unit of something where I am not. Our consciousness meets the One and enters a state of Highest Bliss. It receives a huge energy impulse of Love and begins to radiate this Love to the Source and the whole world. This powerful impulse of Spiritual energy remains in our consciousness forever. Part of it brings us knowingness immediately, the rest is revealed gradually after this stage. After such a Consecration, we begin to receive information directly from the Source. It may be perceived as knowledge or sounds of the Higher Spheres or as the Akashic Chronicles, or as prophetic dreams… But the main thing is that we become receptive to information from Above. We find answers to questions within ourselves, not outside. To learn something, all we have to do is get on the right wave, send a request, and get an answer. 11. Unity At this stage, there is unity with everything – the Space, Higher Light Hierarchy, Co-Creators, the Source, the surrounding world, people. We feel great joy from this perfection and at the same time pain from others’ failure to understand it. Our aspirations become service to people, the evolution of their consciousness, and the infinite extension of Love to the world around us. But life in the material world is not over… We continue now to live with new sensations and express them in simple communication, quietly, calmly, taking our time, enjoying ourselves. We do not bend to the System, do not prove anything to anyone but we remain ourselves, adopting the familiar image that others want to see us in order not to stand out too much. Real Oneness is a quiet process, without noise and orchestra, and it’s different for everyone. There are many new stages. Everyone has to find and go through them on their own… In the previous ones, the most important thing happened – our merging with the Source. The two Consciousness gain such a strong connection and constant contact that their thoughts and there will begin to coincide. We receive a constant energy channel coming from the Creator. The merging takes place on the Monadic level. The energy channel runs through all of our Subtle Bodies. We transform into a person with unique abilities to conduct the Divine energies, create and give Love, open Spiritual paths to people, and heal them. Everyone who comes into contact with the Source is changed forever. Truly such a person becomes like the Creator. This stage could be called the final stage. It is the beginning of an entirely different spiritual and physical existence, and development accordingly. What is our further Spiritual growth? Spiritual growth is impossible without Spirituality. It stands on four pillars which are: Trust and Faith; Peace of mind; Awareness; Unconditional Love. As we develop spiritually, we gain peace of mind, inner strength, and faith in ourselves and our abilities. We understand that our continued inner growth is impossible without a sincere, unselfish Love for our neighbors. We have to learn all the time to be compassionate without pride or self-aggrandizement. There is an understanding that giving up selfishness is a prerequisite for our spiritual progress. All the Great Teachers went through the path of self-denial. The spiritually enlightened person no longer separates himself from others; he is part of the world around him. He neither exalts nor belittles himself but considers self a particle inseparable from the surrounding Being. What are the stages of further Spiritual growth? There are several of them, too. Namely: Spiritual harmony. When we achieve it, we learn to be in balance with ourselves and the world around us. We stop denying what is going and allow events and people to be as they are. We are no longer afraid of our or anyone else’s imperfection. The world is fully accepted without alienation, rejection, or fear; Complete Awareness and Inner Fullness. Here we carefully monitor all our emotions, thoughts, feelings, moods, and actions. We are in the present moment and enjoy it, with no distraction to future or past events. We are “here and now” undivided and total; Peace of Mind and Complete Equilibrium. Our Soul, Spirit, and body are in continuous harmony. We have overcome our fears and let go of the past and the people in it. We continue to learn to live in harmony with our newfound worldview; Immersion in Unconditioned and Boundless Love. There is no more selfishness, no more separation from people and the world. We now know how to love wholeheartedly, without demanding anything in return, without imposing conditions and requirements. Such Love is identical with Enlightenment; Finding True Faith. The faith that comes from our heart, live freely in our Souls, not constrained by dogmas and laws. We come to understand what lies behind this notion, namely, the knowledge of Truth. To arrive at this state sometimes requires a new, long, confusing, and thorny path. We may turn down roads that will lead us away from knowing the Truth. Many times we make mistakes, we stray and stumble, but we find ourselves. It doesn’t happen all at once. It takes many bumps. It is important to have perseverance and unwavering faith that the goal will be achieved. After all, it means total freedom from the captivity of this 3D world. What are the signs of further Spiritual development? A person who has developed spiritually lives his life in a better way. We are no longer anxious and worried about anything. Fear disappears and self-confidence emerges. We no longer have to struggle with life, ourselves, the people around us. We know that everyone has his special place in life. No one can occupy it. The struggle for a place under the sun is meaningless. What is good for one has no value for another. When false aspirations imposed by society, the environment, relatives, or money hunger fall away, we no longer have to fight. Everything falls into our hands but our needs do not exceed the necessities of life. We are satisfied with life, with our environment, with ourselves. No more energy is wasted on meaningless actions that run counter to our principles. We don’t go against ourselves, trying to prove something to others. There is no anger, shame, alienation, or longing. We are full and whole, free of our and others’ illusions. The Law of Acceptance. 32. The law of Relativity. 33. The Law of Creation. Spiritual growth is a deep, multifaceted and complex concept. It has different components. But what it is impossible without is the first impulse, our desire to achieve something, to change in ourselves, to inner-stand the laws of this world. There must be a spark that makes us realize that we must live according to Divine Laws. It is not out of fear of punishment from Above that we must have this desire. It is an inner feeling that it is necessary to do just that. It is this inner feeling that motivates us to begin the long and thorny path to comprehending Spiritual mysteries and gaining covenantal Spiritual growth by returning at last to the Source. Universal Laws 1. The Law of Unity This Law states that the entire Universe is made up of one substance. Man and everything around him is pure energy. We are an integral part of a common energy field, a single whole. There is an exchange between energies, and nothing can appear by chance or disappear. Everything in the world has a price. Before we can receive, we must give, for it is a unified whole process of energy transformation. The matter is perceived by our senses as solid objects not connected. On the Subtle level, matter consists of quantum particles and ultimately turns out to be all energy in its purest form. Energy varies in quality, density, and speed of manifestation. It consists of the elements – ether, air, fire, earth, water. The elements, in turn, consist of the elementals – wind, heat, humidity, dryness, coldness. All things that man feels, including self, are different constitutions of types of energy. These are all kinds of different states of energy – solid, liquid, gaseous, plasma, etheric, etc. Each energy entity has a different frequency of vibration. This results in different qualities in density and form, in time and space, but we still interact and influence each other. The Laws of the Universe are the same for all. Energy is also one, but with different poles: male-female, cold-heat, wind-humidity, warm-dry, negativity and positivity, darkness and light, up-down, inner-outer, left-right, hollow-dense, world and anti-world, etc. 2. The Energy Is Magnetic Energy can attract the energy of the same quality, particle to particle. It is how objects, life situations, alliances, families, collectives, States, and nations are formed. Thoughts and feelings attract similar vibrational energy. The energy of an idea is primary, the matter is secondary. An idea is a plan containing a picture, an image. This picture magnetizes energy and causes it to take a given form and manifest on the physical plane. Thoughts and images create reality. Thought is condensed into a feeling, an emotion. Our feelings cause us to act, as we feel, so we act. Thus, an idea, through the senses, triggers action and creates form. Conceived, felt, made. The like attracts the like to the like. If we look at someone with a judgmental eye, feel angry at him, and get daily confirmation of our thoughts – yes, he is a bastard who makes us angry all the time. And no matter where we find ourselves, everyone will make us angry, we will attract what is within us. Wherever we go, we will encounter our energy, ourselves. We always attract into our lives what we often think about, what we believe, what we expect, how we behave, and what we do. It is the Law that whatever we radiate into the Universe comes back to us twice as much. 3. Energy Accumulates And Creates Semblance All energy creates its kind and can accumulate. You reap what you sow. As we do in life so life does to us. Treat people the way we want them to treat us. That is why: love God and your neighbor as yourself, for you are they, and they are you. Desire to space (and in thought) what we desire to receive and have. Out of consciousness arise feelings that give rise to actions. Once we have created with life, it gives life the right to do the same with us. If we are afraid of something, it is bound to come and frighten us. If we are angry, it will surely come and destroy us. If we love, we will be loved and accepted. Objects on the material level are perceived by our senses as solid and unconnected. But on the quantum level, it is all just energy in its purest form. We and everything around us is the one energy, and we are an integral part of one energy field. All objects that we perceive as isolated are in reality only different forms of energy. All of existence is the one. All things in nature are alive (there are no non-living things in the Universe), including our thought, thought-forms, feeling, disease. Energy has different states because of the speed of its oscillation, so it has different qualities: thinner or denser. For example, thought is a thin and light form of energy, so it changes easily and quickly. The matter is relatively dense and compact energy, so it changes and moves more slowly. Thought (idea) is primary, the matter is secondary. There is a law of creation and counter-creation, a law of subordination and counter-subordination. Each kind of energy has its task, its own will, its own intention to be realized, and, accordingly, different possibilities and abilities. They are all vital to existence. Energy consists of polar currents (electric and magnetic), of negative and positive currents. And they are always more than one to insufficiency of the other. Ideally, their proportion is balanced between 49-51%. In the energy system of the Universe, nothing just appears and nothing just disappears, but one thing flows into another and one tries to displace or create another. Everything flows and is subject to change, i.e. development. There is a law of energy exchange. If there is a gain somewhere, there is bound to be a loss somewhere. From the small, the big is added up, and the big becomes a small copy of the big. Everything has its price and weight. These are the laws of the Universe, the Will of the Source, and Its Design. The energy of a certain quality or vibration can attract the energy of the same quality and vibration. Thoughts and feelings have their magnetic force which attracts energy of the same vibration. It has the property of accumulation, expansion, and mastery (possession, modification). The energy we expend can be reimbursed from the Source in the 1000th amount, in proportion to the purity of our thoughts and inversely to our interest. If our intentions, feelings, and actions help our evolution of consciousness and the evolution of other living beings, they will be supported by the developing Universal Force. If, on the contrary, they interfere, they will be stopped, blocked, and destroyed by the same Power. Life is perfect and safe, life is filled with Love. Wise is the Soul that recognizes that all humanity is part of the one whole and that each being can be seen as an individual cell of the cosmic brain of our Creator. There is no separation, except where humanity itself wishes to invent it. One of the great lessons of physical existence is to rise above this seeming separateness to see the obvious and to know that we are the one with Source not only in the physical but also in the spiritual aspect. There is no separation in this world between us and the Source. This world is the Source itself. The Source is the world we inhabit. As we live in it, we are an integral part of It. Just as an aspect of the Source lives in us and is an integral part of us. So the great can be found within the small, which, in turn, is even greater. 4. The Law of Vibrations This Law is an extension of the first. If the entire Universe is energy, each body has its kind of energy and has its vibration. And what a given body represents will depend on what its energy vibration level is. One of the lowest levels of vibration is infrared. The highest levels of vibration are called high frequency. What are the highest frequency and most powerful forms of vibration in the Universe? This is Love. 5. The Law of Execution This Law is also known as the Law of Procreation and the Law of Creation: what we sow, we reap. Every thought has the power to create reality, and as we judge, we will be judged. The Law of Execution distributes the power of thoughts and words. Accompanied by the power of emotion, they give rise to a vibration that brings to everyone a reward according to the merits of what is generated by it. Desire is the energy that awakens the dormant seed to life and gives it the power to reveal itself – the power of creation. This Law, true and eternal, is independent of our desires. If we sow our thoughts (the seed) and remove the weeds (doubts and fears) we can be sure that the seed will come up. Preparing minds without anxiety and fear for the great things that are ahead of us means that they will surely come true. The power that allows us to control our circumstances and align them perfectly is in our hands. It is the power of thought, which is Divine Power. 6. The Law of Cause and Effect It concerns the actions of all beings. Karma is often seen as a recompense for sins, because what we give, we receive back, which can be seen as punishment. However, karma is nothing but the return of energy. Once energy is released by the will of a being, it will certainly come back, according to the principle that like attracts like. Energy expands in search of similar vibrations. If it is initially negative, it comes back to the one who emitted it and gives it back the original negativity. The same is true of positive energy. 7. The Law of Transmutation Every condition can be transmuted, and all things are in a constant process of change. The only unchanging thing in the Universe is the principle of indestructible energy and infinite change of forms. This Law is also known as the Law of Alchemy: every condition of life can be changed for the better and become Divinely beautiful, regardless of how it was in the beginning. If we accept it, bless it, thank the Source for it, and maintain constant gratitude for everything that happens to us, we can transmute absolutely everything. Even the most bitter and heartbreaking experiences and conditions can be changed and transformed into Spiritual beauty through this perfect and fulfilling Law. We can also find the power to transmute our Spiritual desires and dreams into tangible, material manifestations. This Law can never be broken, for it involves the Omnipotence of the Source in action, producing eternal and invariably accurate results. The law of Spiritual Alchemy is the Law of Transmutation of all conditions, all vibrations, all Darkness into Light, beauty, and harmony. It is possible when we speak by lips of our Soul, not the body or even the mind. The power of transmutation is the power of contact with the center of our Soul through our Heart. This is the only method that gives us the power of accomplishment and perfection. 8. The Law of Balance, Integration of Polarities The term “polarization” means the formation of opposing or opposing forces, without any competition between them. These forces move together toward a common goal, more harmonious than each of them which contributes to their Spiritual growth. The duality of the opposing energy forces projected onto our character and making it adversarial and contradictory is the source of our Ego, an inherent property of our Soul in incarnation. While we live on a planet of duality, we need to master the Law of Balance to equalize the polarities of male and female, positive and negative energies, and to achieve harmony and integration. The Law of Balance, accepted as the basis of our being, is the first step toward Enlightenment. 9. The Law of Manifestation This Law allows us to manifest our desires and needs when the motivation behind them is for the greater good – not only for ourselves but also for others. Decide what you desire, express it clearly and unambiguously, let it go from you, and accept it as accomplished. Don’t doubt it! Our ability to manifest our desires in this physical world is a real fact. It is only necessary to tune in synchronously with the Source’s Will and prevent the introduction of any selfish and self-serving patterns from our cellular memory. 10. The Law of Synchronicity It is the Law of being in a perfect time in the perfect place. Perfect alignment and co-alignment allow events to flow happily and harmoniously. This Law, also known as the Law of Grace, states that if we are aligned in perfection, we move with the Divine Flow as the Source manifests Itself in our lives. 11. The Law of Wise Distinction or the Law of Differentiation It helps us to be in perfect tune with what will be the next step of our evolution. Differentiation is one of the basic elements of Universal evolution from the simple to the complex at all levels – biological, psychological and social, Spiritual, etc. 12. The Law of Forgiveness This Law establishes the need to pay the karmic debts, and to balance the energy of those who have caused the energy imbalance. It carries the message of forgiveness of self and others, for without forgiveness there can be no true healing. The forgiveness process is based on giving energy that we can hold on to if we have a grudge lurking within us. By forgiving, we give energy back to the person we took it from. 13. The Law of Resonance Such energies attract appropriately charged particles in their electromagnetic field. Whatever energy we send out in the form of thought, emotion and action are sure to amplify and return to us. 14. The Law of Perfection Everything in the Universe is inherently perfect and in its perfect state. 15. The Creative Law of Affirmations This Law says that by the power of thought and the spoken word, we are what our reality and ourselves are. That is, what we think and see is what we have. 16. The Law of Retribution The principle that we receive what we deserve is nothing less than the Good Recompense. This Law is Universal and does not depend on our needs or desires. It is directly related to the Law of Cause and Effect and the Law of Creation and is carried out in direct relation to our choices of action and life. 17. The Law of Assimilation (Absorption) This Law does not allow any particle to be incorporated into our body and Soul that we, as a Spirit, have not subordinated to ourselves and placed in the service of our purpose. That is, based on this Law, no one and nothing can influence us, and harm us, etc., apart from our will. 18. The Law of Adaptation It is a Law that affirms the need to trust in the one constant thing in the Universe, the ever-changing nature of energy expressing itself in a multitude of forms, and to swim with that flow. We must remain as flexible as possible because the willingness to accept change is the basis of growth. The ability to open up and let the purest flow of energies through unimpeded is a source of great joy and balance, opening the way to attunement to ever-greater forces. As we tune our energy fields to accept the increasingly pure Source’s energies we more fully enjoy the great experience of life. 19. The Law of Causality This Law operates in harmony with the movement of the Stars. When we are born in a certain position of the celestial bodies of the Solar System and Constellations, we can take advantage of the conditions created by the energy flows of these stelliums. 20. The Law of Evolution and Rebirth of Periodicity The slow process of our development, with unwavering persistence in repeated incarnations, allows us to build up the effectiveness of our awareness of the Universe. Thus, at the proper time, the stream of life carries us to the heights of Spiritual perfection – the recognition of the Source and our original belonging to It. This Law is also known as the Law of Periodicity. 21. The Law of Analogies “Know thyself, and thou shalt know the whole world.” This law enables us to reach an understanding of the Divine Power within ourselves, and within the Universe through an understanding of all aspects of our being. The man was created in the image and likeness of Source. And these are not just pretty words. The structure of man and the processes going on in him all completely replicate the Universe and its Creator. 22. The Law of Duality As soon as we have consciously united with Source and achieved enlightenment, we are out of the scope of this Law and no longer subject to it. Until then, this Law determines the polarity of our energies. In simple words – nothing exists in the world without its opposite: * Cold – hot; *Bitter – sweet; *Success – Failure; * Male – Female; And let’s remember the wise Chinese: * Yin – Yang that are the opposites of the one whole energy of the Universe. 23. The Law of Manas (The Reason) Since Spirit is the Absolute Reality, the mind is the intermediary through which Spirit manifests itself and the creation of forms on the physical plane takes place. The Law of Manas states that what we believe is bound to come true. It means that, at this level, our beliefs create and influence our reality. 24. The Law of Honor This Law honors the right of each of us to seek the Universal Truths and Divine Wisdom and directs us to respect all forms of life in the Universe. 25. The Universal Law of Rhythm All life, all Nature, is built on rhythms. Knowing these rhythms is very important for our work on selves. When does energy come in? When does it wane? When to act for it to succeed? If we learn to feel the rhythms, success is guaranteed. Every knowledge and awareness, every living thing, and life itself has such vitality and such power that allows them to draw from within themselves all that they need to grow and successfully fructify. 26. The Law of Love This is the main Law of the Universe. It reminds us of the need to live with an open heart, to love and care not only for ourselves but also for our neighbors and others, as well as animals, Nature, and everything that surrounds us. The Law of Love allows us to see the original deep kinship between us and all. 27. The Law of Mercy It allows us to forgive all mistakes and transgressions – others against ourselves and ourselves against others. This is what true mercy is all about. To be merciful means to live by the Law of Love and to observe the Law of Forgiveness. Those who live by these sacred laws do not make mistakes in this world. 28. The Law of Gratitude This Law is based on the Law of Resonance and says that the fuller we express gratitude for all that we enjoy in life, the more we attract to ourselves all that we could be grateful for. The Law is based on almost all Universal Laws, such as Law of Attraction, Laws of Energy, Law of Cause and Effect, Law of Love, Law of Honor, Law of Oneness, and others. 29. The Law of Patience This Law states that every created thing has a beginning and an end because everything that unfolds in the physical world according to the Plan operates in Time. Patience reveals itself as the perfect understanding that a tuned focus will surely bring all our thoughts, words, and deeds to the long-awaited season of fruitfulness. This Law teaches us to understand that our actions may not produce immediate results simply because we need to learn something else important in the moment to arrive at our intended goal. 30. The Law of Example It is said that the most powerful force for change is when everyone does what they say they will do. Thus, each person, concept, or phenomenon can serve as an example to others. 31. Law of Adoption This Law is closely related to the Law of Honor. It inspires us to recognize meaning and reason in all things. Such recognition enables us to be above all judgment and separation arising from differences of race, religion, culture, gender, age and beliefs, habits, interests, etc. The law teaches us to accept everyone and everything around us as they are without deep inner judgment. Judge not, less you be judged. 32. The Law of Relativity Everything in the world is real only to and in comparison with something. For example, the weather is cold somewhere and even colder elsewhere on the planet. Without comparing these manifestations of cold with each other, and without relating them to our sensations, we cannot make a true judgment about the cold. To understand something, we have to compare this “something” with something else. In psychology, this Law works very well. Suffice it to recall how we ruin ourselves when we start comparing ourselves to someone else. 33. The Law of Creation To create something, two opposing energies, Yin and Yang, must be combined. Then what we have combined must mature to be born. Due to a misunderstanding of this Law, many of us make mistakes. Each of us wants everything at once. It doesn’t work that way. Even if we just want to achieve something, it won’t happen right away. The energy we put into our desire has to mature and fit into the rhythms of the Universe. What we are looking for must also find us. If the Laws of the Universe are followed, this encounter will happen much faster than we can imagine.

On December 21, 2020, an expanded session of the new Galactic Committee was held. It considered a petition for the admission of the Earth’s Logos – to the Logos Council and Humanity – to the Civilizations’ Council as members of the Galacom. The main events now continue in near-Earth space. Divided into several groups, space fleets of Pleiadians, Arcturians, Siriusians, and other friendly cosmic races retransmit and redistribute on and around the surface of our planet powerful quantum’s radiations from the Source. They come through the center of the Milky Way. Galacom has built a huge infrastructure of platforms, Portals, stations, routers to control quantum flows on the Subtle Plane and near-Earth space. Spaceships also participate in it. Each quantum wave in this stream carries a specific program, differing from others by light frequencies and code names. What are these waves? What are their programs? What does the infrastructure look like in general? Closer to Earth are three platforms and nine Portals. An important piece of infrastructure is the transducer-repeater installed on the Moon. It receives quantum flows, stabilizes, and changes their spectra according to the programs of the new Earth’s Matrix and the hologram. With this transducer, 3D energies are centrally altered to 5D. At moments of spectrum change, there are bursts of radiation affecting matter. On the Subtle Plane, our 4-dimensional space is divided into four layers. We will no longer live as we did before, as the Source programs have already been loaded in the planet’s hologram, which means that their execution date has been set. In February, the Co-Creators and the Galactic Committee continued to actively saturate the planet and people with a large spectrum of quantum radiations through the infrastructure created on the Subtle Plane in near-Earth space. Each wave group and infrastructure elements broadcast programs to solve problems in specific areas. Which ones? Quantum Level As of mid-February 2021, the three-dimensional Matrix is 50% clear of Black Archon programs. For the transition from 3D to 4D/5D/6D, GRISPO’s blue-azure energy accelerates clearing and changing the dimensionality of space. The radiant system is increased, the opening of Portals by sound frequencies continues. CAROS, dark purple, condenses particles and makes room for new formations. The distribution of the fields of energy flowing 4-dimensional space into 6D is rayed into the upper atmosphere. ERMA’s red energy waves capture the necessary properties from each ray of the planet’s crystal system and thus keep the entire system in equilibrium. Entering the one-dimensional world, the energy flow passes through the 4D into the 6D. The 4D structure is already formed. It was done using GLAMO, dark brown energy that accumulates the plasma emitted by the natural worlds. The Subtle-Energy Crystal 6D is formed by ERKADO, orange-gold energy. It is used to load temporary programs of various purposes into the Crystal. BIGS, ash-gray energy, changes the overall state of space and can cause Portals to open to the inner worlds of the planet. New Matrix Hologram The structure of the initial Hologram is created by a sphere of GLEMAR energy, light violet with a lilac hue. It also filters new energy-information flows coming into the Hologram. Taken together, all of these processes expand the space for a new Earth and humanity in 6D. The 2D platform splits into white and red energies, which are channeled into their respective spectral fluxes. Utilizing magnetic energy fields, Galacom pumps out planetary 3D energy, used and unneeded, into special storage bowls. 3D plasma emanated from Earth is accumulated in four small spheres on the Subtle Plane and then removed. Quantum energies are the main material for the 5D Matrix. Pleiadians are its leading architects, builders, and protectors, along with other friendly races. The platforms, spheres, and other structures of this gigantic space infrastructure detailed in the previous posts are parts of it. But what does it look like as a whole? These are spheres within spheres, like Chinese balls in balls or Russian dolls which enter into each other. They span the Earth in layers from 6D to the planet’s core. The color and shade of each quantum wave (beam) carry its special program. With their help Pleiadians dismantle and destroy the 3D Matrix of Archons and replace it with a new 5D one, facilitating humanity into the Great Quantum Transition. On the Subtle Plane, the outer layer of the 5D Matrix is composed of violet GRASIMO energy. It synthesizes plasma (all bodies’ radiation), neutralizes side effects, and removes unnecessary knowledge. Pleiadians encapsulated this energy in a sphere of blue energy BLISCO. It contains a program for the development of people’s intelligence and thought processes. In turn, this sphere is enclosed in the yellow-pink energy of FERMAGO. It saturates by new codes the human DNA, developing intelligence, Love, and the desire to create. It regulates reincarnation on the planet. On the Earth’s physical plane, by the energy FERMAGO Pleiadians create a 4D sphere within planetary space from the purple energy GRASIMO, encapsulated in the blue energy of protection BLISCO, which supports the evolutionary program of thought and people’s intellect. Inside the planet, it forms four beams of bright green ERGINO energy. It awakens the life forces of new matter, accelerates the oscillatory motion of magnetic fields, aligns the energy of the planet by creating two protective magnetic fields, and regulates the climate. These energies are transformed into the dark green energy ARTREM, by which Pleiadians process and maintain 3D, 4D, and 5D space. Field structures composed of ARTREM energy change the Earth’s plant worlds, and morph the molecular basis of matter from 3D to 5D, as well as the vibrational vortices in the atmosphere. Process proceeds in sectors. It is accompanied by a concentration of GEARD yellow-green energy. It absorbs false and outdated information which Pleiadians gradually remove. The Source of the four rays is two vertical opposing planes in the inner Earth. They resemble two mirrors, mutually reflecting each other. The other two opposing planes are horizontal. They form a transit four-dimensional space from the crimson energy MIRO. It is fed into the upper layers of the atmosphere, purifying it, sorting the intelligent plasma by the level of its development. By MIRO energy, Pleiadians transform the nature and stimulate natural selection in the animal world during the transition to 5D. Pleiadians reconfigure MIRO energy into red-pink with blue sparks GREMO rays. It is the energy of people’s heart chakra, which regulates reproduction in organisms. On the Subtle Plane, it triggers new life programs. As noted above, each energy color has its programs of action. The GREMO love energy has a very strong impact on the matter. The brain is especially susceptible to this energy. GREMO energy is hard energy. It does not involve a pat on the head or exhortation. Its effect on a flawed consciousness causes immediate and unpredictable human reactions. That is why the number of catastrophes, suicides, and accidents has increased. Rays coming out of the lower plane of the crimson energy MIRO, the Pleiadians convert to the pink energy SLAGO to create the new information field of the 5D Matrix. The upper plane emits two beams of light pink SLES energy, which helps keep the plasma sane. SLES energy is transformed into orange ERKADO waves, which, as a catalyst, enhance the dynamic processes (motor pulsation) of the programs launched by the Pleiadians. It is how they create the transitional 4D Matrix which spread to the upper boundary of the atmosphere. Its lower part is in 3D, filled with the blue energy BLISKUR that cleanses and structures the planet’s environment depending on the levels of consciousness. There are two such blue spaces. One of them is crossed by a channel of bright yellow SFIRO energy, neutralizing the side effects of increased blood pressure, both coronary and planetary, and orange ERKADO energy. It is bordered by the blue energy BLISCO. The upper segment in 3D space is made of GLASIR lilac energy which collects in free l-gamma particles (particles of intelligent energy). It is separated from the 4D by the pink energy SLAGO, which forms the 5D information field of the planet. This is how the four-dimensional transit space on the Subtle Plane is set up and works. All these energies are the backbone of the project, which is now being implemented by the Co-Creators, Galacom, and Light Forces’ ground teams. It is being held for the first time in the entire Super Universe. Operation Compression Against the general background of ASTEMO white energy which forms the Intelligence plasma of space from new information, Siriusians combine the entire spectrum of radiations and compress them with energy reflectors. By the blue-violet (purple) GHELUS energy, they weigh the generated Intelligence plasma and gauge the resistance to external influence in the molecules of all protein organisms, and wave impulses of the sent rays. The energy deflectors of the Siriusians’ space squadron work on dark gray FAMIGO energy that affects magnetic fields and shapes the selection of people by consciousness level. With the help of the dark blue GRICADO, the construction of the Earth 5D life support system is completing. By compressing the sphere of golden LOBE, Siriusians form the time programs and the signaling system of the planet, and soft for removing unnecessary energy. Space in the cone is brimmed with bright blue (ultramarine) FARMS energy that stimulates mental development according to new programs and consciousness upgrading. By the purple GRASIMO energy, Siriusians synthesize plasma, neutralize side effects, and remove impurities and unnecessary knowledge. Cone is filled with quantum energy BLISCORI, of white and blue color. It widens mental abilities and contains all necessary programs for it. The central separator’s space (see scheme) consists of the structural lattice of brown GLASSO energy. It accumulates remnants of knowledge from previous stages of civilization. Directed force beams go from the center to the separator’s shell. These beams output from the grid light blue with silver tint BLISKO energy. By it, the Siriusians upload into a Hologram a program for developing human intelligence. All this together produces inside the sphere a plasma emission of the following spectrum and action. FARMS, bright blue (ultramarine) energy, stimulates mental development by new programs loaded in it. KARBINO, synthesis of purple with pink, yellow, orange, bright green, blue, and crimson energies, forms impulses for space purification. GLAS, lilac-brown, accumulates the knowledge of the current Fifth Race. FIRSCO energy of the blue spectrum clears and stabilizes intellectual development. FUARO, dark yellow with a brown tint, promotes the new matter birth. Outside its shell, the separator emits tricolored plasma in the form of protuberances that affect the climate. Besides, the separator produces two streams of single-color plasma with its programs to the outside space. First consists of red ERMA energy by which a new Matrix, its power structures, and matter are creating. By the second plasma stream of ERMAGO energy, dark blue with silver, Siriusians, using an ultrasonic transducer, compact plasma of the 4D environment and gradually increase its vibrations. We should well understand that the success of Operation Compression and other Galacom’s ops, like the victory of the Light Forces at Armageddon, are not mean the liberators in the streets, not the winners’ flags on the balconies, not the bouquets, kisses, and hugs. For now, it’s ONLY dismantling 3D debris, and terrain clearing for building a new planet. The most important construction site is our Souls, thoughts, emotions, and actions. On it, the main victories for many are yet ahead.

People, who have reached the level of frequencies of their bodies up to the fourth dimension, are destined by Galactic Committee to a better life. Soon, they will be given back their Divine qualities. And the very first of them is the possibility and right to live in the new reality in a young and healthy physical body. How will it happen? The fourth dimension is buffer space, intermediate between the third and fifth dimensions. 3D is a world where consciousness is placed in dense matter. In 5D it is placed in the Subtle matter. And between them is the space of neutral 4D, equally loyal to both dense and Subtle matter. The fourth dimension is used by the Higher Light Hierarchy to merge the two worlds. It is the space where beings from neighboring densities meet. Beings that evolve from the dense space into the Subtle Plane ascend into it from the lower levels. They decompress their physical bodies and raise their vibrations. From the higher dimensions, fellow Subtle beings descend into 4D. They have to consciously lower their frequencies and condense their bodies. The dense ones are dissolved, the Subtle ones, on the contrary, are condensed. Thus, a platform is created where lower and higher beings get an opportunity to see each other and establish contacts, cooperate and interact for the benefit of the evolution of lower consciousness into higher levels. How will we move into this space? First, by expanding our consciousness to the fifth (astral) dimension at least. Second, the physical body must vibrate at frequencies close to the fourth (etheric) dimension, at least two-thirds of the 4D. On the lower floors of the fourth dimension, we go through the procedure of matter code replacement. Our body is constantly being bombarded, like by hot steam, by high-frequency quantum waves to get used to. Dormant DNA strands in us are activated. The frequencies of our cells’ vibration is increasing. They are infused with Light and crystallize it within themselves. This is how we are prepared to meet the Light. Once our vibes reach a density of 4.5 to 4.6D, we will begin to make contact with entities of the 5th dimension on the site of the fourth dimension. They are our highly evolved ancestors who have been waiting to be reunited with us as members of their family for many thousands of years. Contacts with them will be made by people (and groups of many of us) that have reached a level of frequency that will allow them to see higher counterparts, and feel comfortable in the presence of their radiance. Although Higher Light Beings can lower their vibrations to the 3D level, they do not like to do so. Our space is very messy for them right now. It’s not good for their bodies. And that’s why relatives are waiting for us halfway between our densities – in the fourth dimension. What awaits us in 4D? The most important thing is to be able to enjoy life. The ancestors waiting for us have the technology to dramatically raise the quality of our lives, to help us become spiritually and materially wealthy, and fulfilled. Life in the higher dimensions bears little resemblance to what we live in now, and what the Archons and Dark Forces have accustomed us to. There is no fear and division but trust and Love. There is unlimited freedom to do what the soul craves, what expands its boundaries and brings joy. There is an opportunity to manifest ourselves in a society interested in our evolution, in the unfolding of all our Divine qualities. The reality of the fourth-density is very fluid. We will have to get used to being able to create almost instantly whatever we want and need. It will take us some time to fully understand it and to become capable of doing it. Soon, the main attraction for us will be to learn how to apply this possibility more deeply, practically. We will start experimenting with space and our bodies. At first, we will do it under the guidance and with help of our Curators. It is one of the many things they will teach us with great eagerness when they determined that we are ready. All beings are in the fourth dimension only temporarily, for adaptation and training to live in more Subtle Planes: the fifth, sixth, seventh, and higher. The higher dimension, the higher is quality (taste) of life. People usually do not aim to stay in the training 4D for long. They try in every possible way to raise their body vibration to the 5D level. However, even being in the fourth dimension is incredibly life-changing. Who will we see first in 4D? In this space, the long-awaited meeting of two origin civilizations of the Earth will take place. One is our Fifth Race that is now ascending to 4D and 5D through body transformation. The second is the civilization of our highly evolved relatives, such as the modern Lemurians. They crossed into 5D several millennia ago but deliberately keep their physicality at the 4D level so they can be the first to meet us in the buffer zone, and teach everything we need to know. On Earth, one of the strong Power Places is Mount Shasta. In 3D it is a dormant volcano 4,317 m high, one of the peaks of the Cascade Mountains located in California, USA. The Indians believed in the special sacred properties of Shasta that gave them wisdom and physical health. Their shamans made ascents to the mountain to communicate with spirits, and for cleansing ceremonies. Nowadays there are numerous pieces of evidence of the anomalous phenomena occurring on Shasta. Eyewitnesses tell of tall humanoids in white robes emerging from under the ground. People see strange lights and hear unusual sounds, songs, and melodies coming from the mountain. And also observe many UFOs landing or launching from the top of Shasta. This is not a speculation, this is a reality. Shasta is one of the key sources of our planet’s power. At the level of the fifth dimension, it is an embodied aspect of the Central Sun of our Local Universe. It is a center for Spiritual Guides and Teachers from the Realm of Light. In the 5D of the mountain is Agartha which includes 120 underground Cities of Light. It is also a haven for the survivors from ancient Lemuria, our kinsmen. They have long been, and now especially actively prepare to meet us, their friends and relatives, on the territory of 4D and to unite our two worlds into one. As for the “tall humanoids”, the original height of Lemurians before the cataclysms was about 3.6 meters. When their continent sank, the remaining humans were lifted into the fourth dimension, and their height was reduced to 2.1 to 2.4 meters. Such they remain to this day. Although Lemurians evolved into the 5th dimension over time, they deliberately left enough physicality for the soon-to-be merger of the two civilizations. Eyewitnesses were not wrong about UFOs either. Mount Shasta is not only home to Lemurians but also is an interplanetary, intergalactic and multi-dimensional Portal for many friendly cosmic races. Today, Lemurians have a huge fleet of spaceships called the Silver Fleet. They use it to travel within the 5th dimension and higher in the Greater Space. Spaceships are physical but can easily become invisible and silent in time of need to avoid being seen by ground armed forces. Ships are capable of changing their energy fields from the third to the fourth and fifth dimensions and back again if necessary. Above Mount Shasta, there is also a huge City of Light called the Crystal City of the Seven Rays. It is an awesome creation that will be the first of the Cities of Light to descend into the physical world and be manifested on the surface of the Earth. However, we must be equal to their vibration. For soon, our two civilizations will reunite to build the long-awaited world of abundance, beauty, and perfection. Under the leadership of the more advanced Light races, a collaborative effort will begin to recreate the once lost grand design of the Universe on planet Earth, only now on a permanent, eternal basis of the supremacy of Light. Once, Lemuria possessed unique technologies which the current Lemurians have carefully preserved, adapted to modern conditions, and are ready to demonstrate to the new humanity. To do the same are ready Siriusians, Pleiadians, Arcturians, and many others friendly races. Most technology is, as before, controlled by thought power. In particular, know-how that makes 4D inhabitants young and healthy again. In the higher dimensions, everyone looks 30 to 35 years old. Those with severely worn-out bodies will go through a rejuvenating procedure two or three times, gradually rejuvenates/ look younger the body to the desired level. There will be some more nice bonuses of the fourth dimension (briefly). New houses will be built for the residents of 4D with perfect crystal technology. The houses will be heated by small devices, the size of a mobile phone. One device can supply light and heat to an entire block. People who have raised their frequencies to the fourth dimension level will no longer need our electricity and gas networks. Owners of country houses will not need to buy expensive fuel to maintain a comfortable temperature in the house. There will be as much light as it needed. There will be a new, quantum Internet and telecommunications system. Computers will run on amino acid technology. The know-how that will allow growing agricultural products without chemicals and fertilizers will be transferred, only by the energy of thought and emotions. The technologies of long-term storage of fresh harvest without freezing and canning will be provided. It will give huge cost savings. There is a lot to tell… But we must understand that for living in 4D, we must raise our frequency and consciousness to this level. To meet in 4D the members of our highly developed family, it is necessary to exercise daily the art of true Love. It begins with filling our hearts with love for selves, for others, and all beings. We should well understand that the success of Operation Compression and other Galacom’s ops, like the victory of the Light Forces at Armageddon, are not mean the liberators in the streets, not the winners’ flags on the balconies, not the bouquets, kisses, and hugs. For now, it’s ONLY dismantling 3D debris, and terrain clearing for building a new planet. The most important construction site is our Souls, thoughts, emotions, and actions. On it, the main victories for many are yet ahead. As the veil between 3D, 4D, and 5D continues to thin, a new world in all its glory will soon appear before those involved in the transition in a very physically tangible way. But it requires us to be conscious, not to be distracted by negativity; concentrate on everything positive; raise our vibrations to the fourth dimension and be ready for the merger of the two worlds which can begin for us at any moment. How this new “living standards” for 4D and 5D humans will be implemented? How it would be possible while seeing what’s going on in the world around? NOTHING will be IMPLEMENTED. The transition to 4D/5D is ENTIRELY VOLUNTARY on the basis of free will and freedom of choice of everyone. For those who want to stay in 3D, no one will be forced and it is not going to be it in the future. The energy of the planet is already changing to 5D, regardless OF ANYONE. Only those who can pass through self a large amount of high-frequency energy could exist on the planet. Everything is interconnected. The “Event” is in full swing already for a long time, since 1975, and now it is only accelerating every day.
