The neutral, analytical description of the Lights, Grays, and Darks presented in Part 1 cannot fully communicate the intensity of opposition, hostility, and deep systemic conflict that exists between certain cosmic civilizations. In reality, these interactions are not abstract or symbolic—they are experienced as structured fields of influence that leave observable traces even within the Solar System.
To Co-Creators responsible for maintaining biological continuity in the 3D environment, Earth represents a stabilized zone within a much larger, disturbed system. This stabilization did not occur naturally. It required constant balancing interventions to preserve at least one viable planetary habitat for human life.
From the human perspective, these dynamics are reflected not in distant cosmic maps, but in everyday reality: in social instability, geopolitical tension, informational overload, and the constant oscillation between hope and despair. In moments of exhaustion, humanity often turns its attention upward, seeking external salvation. Yet the essential question is rarely asked: what kind of forces might answer that call, and what frequency would such intervention carry?
Most importantly, the responsibility remains local. Earth is not an externally managed exception, but a closed experiential environment where consciousness engages with its own evolutionary curriculum.
Earth as a Known Node Within the 12 Rings System
All civilizations within the 12 Rings structure are aware of Earth and actively interact with it in various ways. Across history, representatives of Light, Gray, and Dark civilizations have entered the Earth system with different intentions:

Multiple civilizational groups interact here simultaneously, each contributing different stabilizing or destabilizing effects depending on frequency alignment.

For Dark systems, conflict functions as energy extraction through suffering dynamics. Orions, Dracos, Repts, and technocratic castes try to maintain power and control through division, fear, and resource depletion. For them, war is a way of collecting harvesting loosh (energy of suffering and pain) and keeping humanity in a low-vibrational 3D matrix.
For Light systems:
Lyrians: genetic resilience testing and sovereignty activation, this is a test of the genetic code for the viability and protection of their “right to land”
Aldebarans: technological and structural evolution pressure, new technological and strong-willed centers of power, independent of global elites.
Sirians: exposure of systemic contradictions, disclose all the lies of the old-world system (the death of diplomacy and financial stability).
Pleiadians: humanitarian stabilization and emotional buffering, work on the level of volunteering, empathy, and refugee assistance, trying to soften the blow to the species.
Andromedans: collapse of outdated timelines and structures. They broadcast impulses that make the backroom agreements of the old elites (Orions) impossible. They also highlight lies, making them explicit to the masses. They make sure that the old world (3D) collapses so completely that it cannot be restored using the methods of the Dark races.
The Sixth Ring enforces containment to prevent full systemic planetary destabilization, maintaining energetic boundaries across conflict zones.
Arcturians stabilize post-conflict fields, assist transition of consciousness, and neutralize residual fear and trauma energy.
The Sixth Ring keeps this chaos within certain limits, and so that it does not turn into the complete destruction of the planet, it sets up an energy perimeter around the conflict zone on the etheric and astral planes. The goal: to prevent the “breakdown” of the lower worlds. The mass death of people creates a powerful release of negative psychic energy, which attracts parasitic entities (larvae, infernal creatures) from the Dark Rings.
Without the intervention of the Light races, this and other conflict zones would turn into eternal “black holes” on the body of the planet, which would drag humanity back into cycles of wars. Their work allows Earth to maintain a high enough vibration for the Great Transition, despite the ongoing agony of 3D.
North America
Key technological and informational hubs act as convergence points for advanced systemic experimentation.
Western regions integrate technological and biological systems
Eastern centers function as financial and informational control nodes
These areas reflect overlapping influence between technocratic systems and future-oriented informational structures.
West Coast (Nevada–California–Shasta)
Intersection of:
Dark Ring technocratic systems (Cepheus, Cassiopeia: AI, genetic engineering)
Light Ring future systems (Andromeda influence zones, strategies of the future).
Includes dual-layer structures such as Silicon Valley (technocracy) and Subtle Plane stabilization centers (e.g., Telos, powerful Light City).
Washington–New York Axis
Washington: Draconian and Reptilian control architecture (military, hierarchy, governance grids), created to keep people’s minds in fear and obedience.
New York: Orion financial and informational control systems (Wall Street, UN structures). They focus on mental manipulation through financial egregores and information flows. And use this node to pump the psychic energy of humanity into their technological systems.
Greys operate in a monitoring capacity, tracking elite biological and psychological adaptation states. They work in close symbiosis with Reptilians, providing the technical side of the “digital concentration camp” (AI, biometrics, mind control). This causes a feeling of “mental heaviness” and constant surveillance, which many residents of these cities describe as inexplicable fatigue.
Sixth Ring forces maintain containment to prevent large-scale systemic escalation.
Andromedans introduce destabilization of outdated control algorithms, introducing impulses of chaos into Orions’ financial and political algorithms to bring down their management system from the inside. This manifests as a series of unpredictable events that deprive the elite of confidence in the future.
Sirians re-code energy grids to increase cognitive awakening. They are reflashing the energy grid of cities with Light Codes. This causes a massive internal awakening among people who begin to see the absurdity of the System and get out from under its influence.
Pleiadians provide humanitarian stabilization and emotional buffering.
Ursa Major’s task forces are constantly on duty in the ethereal layer above Washington. Their task is to block any attempts of the Dark Ring to initiate a global catastrophe (for example, a nuclear or large-scale biological one) that could be launched from this control center to retain power.
The frequency war is going on over Washington and New York right now. Dracos, Repts and Greys are trying to condense astral smog in order to prevent high vibrations from reaching Earth, while the Light races create Light’s channels in this smog, helping people maintain awareness.
London Junction
London functions as a central planetary control node for financial, informational, and systemic governance structures.
It functions simultaneously as:
a financial processing center
an informational governance hub
a symbolic control structure within global networks
Beneath its surface systems, multiple layered influence fields interact, including legacy structures and emerging destabilization processes.
London is also conceptually linked to deeper systemic reservoirs associated with polar regions, forming a dual-node architecture of control and storage.
Dark systems:
Reptilians maintain financial and magical control grids. They view the City as a “sacred node” through which the world’s resources and debt energy are run. A dense, almost impenetrable energy curtain of golden-black colour is visible above the center. This is an ancient egregore of power, which is now under tremendous pressure and is beginning to disintegrate, as reflected in the political instability of Britain.
Insectoids manage algorithmic planning and intelligence structuring (Whitehall and analytical zones). London is an analytical data collection center for Dark Insectoids responsible for chaos planning and algorithmizing. They are in charge of the UK special services and think tanks. In the astral over the government quarter (Whitehall), the presence of “cold” mental structures is visible. Insectoids are making sure that the controlled chaos in Europe does not get out of control of their algorithms.
Orion systems regulate financial and debt-energy flows
Light systems:
Andromedans introduce structural collapse of outdated imperial timelines. In turn, they chose London as one of the main targets for dismantling the System by introducing “awareness viruses” into the old imperial structures. They are working to break the financial and magical chains that the City has entangled around the planet. They broadcast codes of the future that make Britain’s colonial and financial models unviable.
Pleiadians create stabilizing micro-communities and emotional resilience zones. They are creating “Islands of Light” in London (small communities, eco-initiatives) that keep people’s psyche from collapsing into depression against the background of the destruction of the old way of life.
Lyrians and Aldebarans preserve sovereignty codes and structural integrity impulses
London is currently undergoing systemic destabilization due to the breakdown of legacy control structures. These forces are in conflict with Reptilians, as they do not agree with the complete digitalization and depersonalization of Britain, which the Greys advocate.
The battle for the “archive” is currently underway over the city. London holds the keys to governing the old world. The Dark Rings are trying to turn this control into a digital tyranny, while the Light Rings (Andromeda and Sirius) physically and energetically reset this node in order to release energy for the entire planet.
Antarctica Axis
Antarctica functions as a storage and stabilization layer for planetary systems.

Antarctica: storage and infrastructure base for planetary control systems
The connection between these two points is built on several levels. The City of London is a “processor” that crunches data and capital flows, while Antarctica is a “server” where ancient energy standards and physical artifacts of matter management are stored. There are technologies (Orion and Draconian) under the ice layers that remotely fuel the “magical exclusivity” of the British financial system.
Antarctica hosts technological and biological research systems linked to hybrid development programs and planetary energy management structures.
The Dark Rings are trying to hastily transfer the UK quantum servers (AI) in order not to lose control of global assets during the physical destruction of Antarctic bases. London oversees global biological projects (pharmaceuticals, genomics), and Antarctica serves as a biomaterial repository and laboratory for creating hybrid life forms. The data obtained during the medical programs in London are sent for “testing” in the closed Antarctic sectors, where there is no influence of the dense human noosphere.
Due to changes in planetary resonance and ice layer destabilization, this communication axis is weakening.
Light systems (Arcturians, Sirians, Ursa Major fleets) initiate containment protocols, frequency disruption, and structural neutralization of high-risk systems. Dark systems attempt rapid migration of critical infrastructure into digital environments. This is due to the fact that the Light Rings (Arcturus and Sirius) began to “burn out” the underground laboratories of Greys and Insectoids with high-frequency radiation.

In 2026, the Ursa Major fleet establishes a strict quarantine over Antarctica to prevent Orions from taking dangerous ancient technologies to London for use in the current military conflict in Europe. The London junction is designated as a “dismantling zone” in the plans of the Light Rings. Antarctica is turning into a point of discovery. By the end of the year, there will be new leaks about what exactly was under the ice, which will finally finish off the Darks’ structures that have been hiding this knowledge for centuries.
There are Six Arks on planet Earth. Ley-lines and Earth’s chakras are the peripheral system (“nerve nodes”) of the six Arks – in Antarctica, Easter Island, Kailas, Bermuda Triangle, Mount Shasta and Lake Baikal. They are the main channels through which the energy via the Arks is distributed over the entire surface of the planet. Who built them? It was a project of the Great Intergalactic Council. The four Light races of Hyperborea were the main contractors and guardians on Earth, as they had a direct genetic link to Co-Creators. Engineers from Sirius (crystal technology), Pleiades (biomorphic structures) and Arcturus (interdimensional shift systems) also participated in the construction. It was a collective gift from the Galaxy to preserve the Earth experiment. In the spring of 2026, by activating the Arks, the cosmic community is checking our planetary readiness to receive the full power of the Cosmic Day.
Today, Darks control the entrances and exits (ground and underground levels), but Lights control the most precious – inviolability and the program code of the Arks. In 2026, these facilities are expected to break through “from below”. Synchronously with the powerful impact through the Sun will begin to emit such power that the ground bases of Repts and elites simply won’t be able to physically stay there due to the disintegration of electronics and mental overload.
Right now (2012-2032), Earth is passing through the Zero Band, the boundary zone between Cosmic Night and Day, Darkness and Light. The Arks are designed to “drag” biological life through this rigid border. The high frequencies of the Photon Belt are deadly for 3D bodies and negative minds and emotions. They simply cannot exist physically, disintegrate and dissolve unless they are in tune with the high frequencies of the new age of Aquarius.
