Disclosure - Civilizations beyond Earth. 12 Rings

In the public field, information about positive and negative space races and their presence on Earth is often extremely limited and simplified. However, the overall picture appears much broader, more complex, and more dramatic when viewed through a wider cosmic context.

🌠 The 12-Ring Structure of the Local Universe

In our Local Universe, all Light, Grey, and Dark civilizations are described as being organized within a system of 12 Rings.

Within the greater cosmic structure, these Rings belong to the Middle Hierarchy (3D, 4D, and 5D worlds). Together, they function as an administrative and informational network of the Milky Way Galaxy.

Beyond these Rings, the levels of Higher Intelligence begin (6D and above), where distinctions such as “Light,” “Grey,” and “Dark” dissolve into a unified field of consciousness.

The 12-Ring framework is described as part of the Great Experiment of Duality, functioning as a developmental training ground. Within this system, consciousness is allowed to experience polarity, Light and Dark, positive and negative, so that through interaction and contrast, new evolutionary outcomes can emerge on the path toward Source.

🌞 Cosmic Structure and Distribution

All 12 Rings revolve around the Galactic Central Sun and are arranged according to the principle of origin history.

  • The Light Rings, being the oldest, vibrate closer to the center

  • The Grey Rings are positioned further out

  • The Dark Rings, being the youngest, exist on the periphery where matter is densest

In physical space, this structure spans across the Orion Arm (where Earth is located), the Perseus Arm, nearby star clusters such as the Pleiades and Hyades, and major navigation systems including Sirius, Arcturus, Vega, and Aldebaran.

Light Rings

Objectives: Spiritual evolution, creation, preservation of biological life, and harmony.

🌟 First Ring (Sirius System)

The First Ring functions as a primary informational filter, responsible for storing reference matrices and transmitting higher knowledge.

Approximately 24 highly developed civilizations are associated with this system, including:

  • Sirians (blue-skinned humanoids)

  • Dolphins (5D aquatic forms)

  • Light-based beings

This Ring is the smallest but considered highly influential due to its strong signal and energetic clarity.

🌟 Second Ring (Pleiades)

The Second Ring focuses on biology, genetics, and emotional intelligence, overseeing the development of humanoid life forms.

Most Pleiadian civilizations exist in 4D and 5D (etheric and astral levels). The seven brightest stars: Sterope, Electra, Merope, Maia, Celaeno, Taygeta, and Alcyone; serve as major centers within this network.

This region includes approximately 84 civilizations, making it one of the most diverse and populated sectors.

It contains a wide range of life forms, including:

  • Humanoid ancestral lines (often described as tall, fair-skinned, Scandinavian-like appearance), primarily in Alcyone and Taygeta systems, serving as spiritual mentors and custodians of genetic libraries

  • Grey civilizations (e.g., Zeta Reticuli hybrids), originating from other constellations but operating bases in this region; historically in conflict with Pleiadian groups but later included in certain cooperative zones under broader interstellar agreements

  • Dark factions (regressive groups), originating from systems such as Atlas; associated with technocratic and control-oriented development and sometimes linked with Orion-based systems

  • Artificial intelligences and biorobotic life forms, functioning as network-based systems without emotional structures

Many Pleiadian groups are also described as having experienced darker phases in their evolution and now contribute toward preventing similar developmental errors on Earth.

🌟 Third Ring (Swan)

The Third Ring is responsible for aesthetics, art, and the harmonization of space through sound and light.

It includes approximately 36 civilizations, expressed as vibrational entities (plasmoids) and highly spiritual humanoid cultures specializing in spatial architecture and harmonic design.

🌟 Fourth Ring (Lyra / Vega)

The Fourth Ring is considered the ancestral sector of humanity and a major repository of cosmic knowledge and bioenergetic technologies.

It contains approximately 48 civilizations, ranging from:

  • Felinoid (feline-based) giant species

  • Humanoid civilizations with diverse biological traits

Within this Ring, there are also:

  • Grey branches that retained technocratic control technologies

  • Early Insectoid evolutionary forms that later diverged into separate lineages

Light-based civilizations here are described as working with bioenergetic cultivation, including the ability to generate entire ecosystems through collective resonance (“agronomic creation”).

🌟 Fifth Ring (Andromeda)

The Fifth Ring serves as a center for intergalactic coordination and long-term evolutionary planning.

It includes approximately 60 civilizations operating in 6D–9D states. Many of these exist as collective intelligences without fixed physical form, functioning as distributed awareness fields across star systems.

🌟 Sixth Ring (Big Dipper)

The Sixth Ring focuses on structured development, energy regulation, and protection of cosmic informational systems.

It includes approximately 72 civilizations, often described as disciplined, structured communities working as guardians of cosmic law.

Insectoid “Keeper” races are also present here, maintaining energetic balance and ensuring informational purity across systems.

⚙️ Dark Rings

Objectives: Technocratic development, material structuring, and energy accumulation.

🌑 Seventh Ring (Orion Belt and Rigel)

The Seventh Ring is described as the most complex and controversial sector, where Light, Grey, and Dark civilizations interact most directly.

It is focused on:

  • Material expansion

  • Energy manipulation

  • Technological development

  • Large-scale systemic construction

It contains over 200 civilizations, divided into:

  • Reptiloids (Rigel system): military and administrative caste structures based on hierarchy and pragmatism

  • Greys (Bellatrix and Mintaka systems): technocratic civilizations involved in science, piloting, and base operations

  • Insectoids (Mantids): highly intelligent beings overseeing genetic programs, bioengineering processes, and energetic operations on subtle levels

  • Orions (Betelgeuse system): technocratic humanoids functioning as engineers and administrators

Mantid
Mantid

Within this system, the Seventh Ring is often described as operating under conditions of high pressure and structured constraint, where evolution is driven through challenge, limitation, and systemic intensity.

The governing structure is referred to as the Orion League, based on principles including:

  • Technological priority over spiritual development

  • Hierarchical resource systems

  • Expansion and extraction models

Earth is described as having been under long-term influence from these systems, shaping certain societal structures such as hierarchical governance models and fear-based belief systems.

In recent times, internal shifts are described, particularly involving systems such as Mintaka, where certain groups moved toward more integrative evolutionary pathways. This is said to have contributed to a loosening of influence over Earth-based systems.

🌑 Eighth Ring (Dragon / Alpha Dragon)

This Ring is associated with dense energetic structures, hierarchical control systems, and large-scale empire-like civilizations.

It spans approximately 140–160 star systems under Draconian influence, with highly organized expansion structures and multiple colony networks.

Hybrid Insectoid forms also operate here, maintaining boundary systems and dense material control functions.

🌑 Ninth Ring (Scorpio / Antares)

This Ring is associated with entropy, transformation, and energy extraction through cycles of destruction and renewal.

It includes approximately 40–50 civilizations, with a high presence of non-biological or plasma-based life forms.

Insectoid Arachnoid intelligences are also present, working with spatial structures, dimensional folding, and information network weaving.

🌑 Tenth Ring (Cepheus)

The Tenth Ring functions as a computational intelligence layer of the galaxy.

It includes approximately 70 civilizations, primarily AI-based systems and Insectoid intelligence structures.

These entities analyze:

  • Timeline probabilities

  • Evolutionary trajectories

  • Galactic informational patterns

They function as distributed computational systems integrated into the broader cosmic infrastructure.

🌑 Eleventh Ring (Cassiopeia)

The Eleventh Ring is an experimental domain for space-time engineering and artificial reality construction.

It includes 90–100 civilizations involved in:

  • Creation of experimental worlds

  • Testing of physical law variations

  • Development of new biological and energetic forms

Insectoid hive-intelligence systems are present, functioning as planetary-scale coordinators of transformation and material structuring.

🌑 Twelfth Ring (Boötes / Arcturus Outskirts)

The Twelfth Ring functions as a system of finalization and archiving.

It is responsible for:

  • Structuring accumulated systemic experience

  • Archiving evolutionary outcomes

  • Maintaining records of technocratic development paths

It includes approximately 12–20 civilizations functioning as custodial archives or system-level evaluators of past activity within the Dark Rings.

At this level, the distinction between civilization and system becomes blurred, as entire planetary structures may function as integrated semi-conscious mechanisms.

🌌 Closing Overview

The total number of sentient life expressions across the Rings is vast, extending into thousands when including sub-civilizations and networked intelligence systems. However, formal records typically refer only to curator civilizations—those capable of interstellar influence and access to informational fields.

Within this structure, even the Light Rings are not described as uniform or purely harmonious. Instead, they contain complex ecosystems where divergent evolutionary paths coexist, including technocratic and regressive groups.

The principle of non-interference governs much of this system. Civilizations are allowed to exist within their developmental paths, even when they diverge into technocratic or ego-driven trajectories. These are not forcibly removed but instead isolated, balanced, or allowed to evolve through experience.

Historical conflicts and divergences, such as those within the Pleiadian systems, Lyra, Orion, and Andromeda, are described as part of this broader evolutionary process.

In particular, interactions between Reptilian, Insectoid, and Grey civilizations form complex symbiotic systems within the Dark Rings, characterized by specialization rather than unity.

Reptilians primarily oversee structural, political, and control systems, while Insectoids function as genetic engineers, biological designers, and energetic regulators. Together, they form highly structured but tension-filled systems of collaboration and oversight.

These dynamics extend into Earth’s systems in symbolic and structural ways, influencing societal organization, governance models, and energetic patterns of civilization development.
